Besides the location, at walking distance from most interesting points in Paris, we liked the helpfulness and sympathy of the personnel. It was really pleasant to stay there. I should mention also the excellent buffet breakfast service.

The hotel is in a great location, plenty of dining, shops, metro and train stations. We upgraded to a deluxe superior room because the standard rooms in Paris are small. Although the deluxe standard room was still pretty small by American standards, the bathroom was large and modern. The closet and balcony were also spacious. And, the room and bathroom were clean. We wish the room had an alarm/clock and free wi-fi/internet in the room.

Only for convenience of Montparnasse train. It's clean, but no soul. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had an early train to catch. Overpriced and entirely without charm. But clean and convenient.

The rooms were very nice. The secrete upper 8th floor was very nice as well. They had a nice sitting room and there was a free WiFi set up on the first floor. The location was near the a train station, and had lots and lots of places to eat nearby. The "hop on" bus stop was very nearby. The location was very busy. The street on which the hotel is located is a one-way, very narrow, no parking. It was a bit difficult to checkin because of this. Getting around Paris in a car is extremely difficult especially if you don't know where you are going. The location of this hotel is good however, it's Paris that is difficult.

Close to Metro station. The room we stayed in was large. Cleanness was below my expectations. The building is quite old, and it smells. Handle of the washroom was broken! The surrounding is quite dirty, like the rest of the city. The surrounding is also under reconstruction. Overall, it does not worth the price (well! Compared to Scandinavian standards).

Overall the staff was excellent and very frendily. They went out of there way to help. The rooms are old and I expected much more for the money I was paying. The bathroom and aminaties was not upto the standards. In addition when I booked the hotel it stated that it was in St Germain however it is quit a walk to St Germain Av roughly 20 min.

Some of the staff were very helpful. When you ask the front desk to book a table and are told it is not necessary and then you wait 45 mins for a table. This did not impress In fairness our room was upgraged which gave us a great bathroom

Le Littre is not your typical French hotel ie small room and even smaller bathroom. We are a family of 5 holidaying in Paris during the winter season so we booked two rooms ie for 2 and 3 persons and much to our pleasant surprise, the rooms were spacious with equally spacious bathrooms. The environment was pleasant, clean and quaint. The hotel is situated near the metro with direct connection to the Gare Du Nord, cafes, little mini marts and places to shop. We would definitely return to this hotel for our future trips. It is definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Paris.

A high quality small hotel which is reflected in the room price. Not in the most convenient position for the most interesting Paris tourist spots but within a short walk of the Metro.
