Staff very friendly and dedicated/ very efficient too to sort out taxis etc... I think that they shouldn't charge €5.00 for the computer acces. This is unacceptable in a 4 stars hotel in Paris. that should be free or included in the room's price! |

The hotell was very well situated, i.e. a 5 minutes walk from the Metro station Montparnasse, which in turn was a short ride from downtown Paris. Fruit- and meatshops, bakery and supermarket only a minute away from the hotell. About 10-15 minutes walking distance from the larger supermarkets Franprix and Monoprix, as well as the department store La Bon Marché. Lots of nice little restaurants and cafés at walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. They provided us with an extra bed for my son at no charge. Rooms was very big and very well furnished. Bathroom was out of this world! TV had 4 English channels including BBC and CNN. The breakfast was fantastic, one of the best hotell-breakfast buffés we have had up to now. Will definately stay at same hotell next time in Paris. No tea/coffee cooker in the room. The maid was funished cleaning our room around 14-15:00 hrs each day. Could not return to room prior to that time. |

It was so close to small shops (bread, cafe, cheeses). We could walk to the shops. An elementary school was down the street, so it felt like family. |

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was extremely helpful to us. The bed was old and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. |

Fantastic bathroom, bath products, towelling robes. Flat screen tv with English channels, balcony with table & chairs and great views of Eiffel Tower Bedside lights were ineffective - very weak, not enoough light to read by. Couldnt make aircon blow cold - room was stuffy. |

Very nice hotel in good location. It was walking distance from the main attractions and near many cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and very spacious with a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom. The staff were very helpful with all of our requests (eg, room was initially very warm, they immediately adjusted the heating to suit our preferences). I would be happy to stay there again. We had a street-front room which was very quiet most of the time, except at rubbish collection time early in the morning. It did not bother us too much, and we appreciated the clean street! |

It was convenient and the breakfast was good, but it wasnt four star , in our understanding of the rating. Felt it was bad value for moneyand we were really surprised that they didnt serve any meals in their dining-room, other than the breakfasts.. |

Hotel was nice, quiet and central situated. Also the personnel were friendly and accommodating. During our stay in Dec the climate control was disabled. The heater in the room functioned poorly. The thin blankets didn’t help. After complaining we got a portable heater. Breakfast: Despite the 20 € costs p.p. there were no tomatoes/cucumbers/salads/fish. Soft boiling eggs/omelets/coffee had to be ordered separately and at busy times this took forever + there were no thermos cans for the coffee |

the atmosphere of the room; the quiet street and double windows allowing for a perfect night's sleep the lighting of the breakfast/dining room could be improved, especially the gray-ish lighting on the ceiling |

Hotel location and staff. I asked for a quiet room and they put me in a room beside the Elevator which was going all night. The toilet seat was chiped. The towels were frayed. |
