The rooms are luxurious, beautifully decorated,well appointed and very clean. The hotel is very well located.

Although the rooms are beautifully decorated, it is rather small. Also, the hotel is pricey considering the size of the rooms.

Bijou modern decor with all the required facilities and very central.

Just a little bit small with the toilet door opening just three feet from the edge of the bed.

The staff were just lovely as well as the facility was lovely. The staff went out of their was to attend to our every need as well as our general enjoyment. Our room was a very nice space thanks.

We ordered a continental breakfast in our room. The leaflet that you completed did not show the price. I thought it may have been included with the room but alas it was 50 euro. Too much for a continental breakfast.

Loved the small luxury hotel accommodation at a very reasonable price for Paris especially in the St. Germain district. The staff was absolutely accommodating and friendly. The hotel location cannot be beat, walked to the Louvre, Marais, Concorde, Musee de Orsay. An excellent choice for people who enjoy walking the city.

The location and views from our 7th floor window. We could see the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, and of course St Germaine des pres.

The toiletries come in awkward little sachets rather than mini bottles.

The decor of the room was too tacky, suites lower standard hotels than i expected from the madison the room cleaning ladies were too much - twice a day including the evening hours - to knock on the door is intruding

The location of the hotel was excellent ;for us. The staff were exremely freindly and helpful and we both agreed we prefer the smalleness of the hotel compared to the big chains.

Twin beds!! No good for a young couple - would make me think twice before booking again.. and why was this not clear on booking.com?!?

A very nice boutique hotel excellently situated and staffed.

The new decor was very expensively and well done but the hotel was all show and little else.

The front desk staff, especially the "Head" male staff member who was unhelpful and supersilious, on all accounts. On arrival, we needed to speak to The Manager about our room rate which was quoted & availble when we lodged our booking with Bokking.com - we booked this rate just prior to our departure on 5th Sept, at $639 per night, but 2 days after we had departed on holidays we found it had changed to $840pn!! This was horrendously expensive . We were travelling and unable to access a computer, but on our arrival at the hotel o Sat 29/10 and having no luck wiht the front offic e staff - we checked the room rate for that day on an IPad. Sure enough it was quoting $639 per night (or there abouts). On questioning them on this they again refused to look into it and speak to the manager, saying she as a buy person. It was a very stressful situation and I would NEVER suggest any one go to this very over priced and small hotel. It was a very bad mistake as a spoil for our 40th anniversary! They said the motor show was on at the tim e, but actually strarted on the day we left! The rooms are small, there is no wehre to put ones sjuit case, instead useless curved shelving in the spot where onen could put a case. The tiny bathjroom leaked watger all ver the vanity basin andonto makeup. The breakfast was 25euros for very basic food in a strange dining room

hotel has been given the boutique treatment, a lot of money has been spent to make it it uncomfortable it is a pity, I have been staying there for many years, but will never return
