El precio y la calefacción potente.

Al llegar al hotel a las 6 de la tarde, no había nadie y sólo se podía entrar a la recepción con código de desbloqueo de puerta que no teníamos. Los móviles para llamar a recepción no los cogían, finalmente tuvimos que llamar a un tercer teléfono (todo esto en país extranjero) donde nos dieron el código. No apareció nadie por recepción hasta dos horas después. La puerta de la habitación tampoco se cerraba con llave, ya que su mecanismo era al menos rudimentario. La habitación daba directamente a la calle, a una especie de lugar de tránsito que parecía el recinto donde se suele dejar a tu perro con su caseta. Hubo que poner la calefacción al máximo si no querías coger una pulmonía. Intentad no ir pese al buen precio, salvo que lleguéis muy pronto y te den un piso que no sea la propia calle.

El personal es muy agradable, además que hablan un poco de español. Trato cordial y comodidad extrema. La habitación amplia, con baño privado y con vistas exteriores. No disfrutamos del desayuno porque desayunábamos con nuestra hija que está estudiando en esta ciudad. No hay ningún punto negativo. Céntrico, económico y confortable. ¿Algo más que pedir?

El desayuno bien por 6 euros. La cama comoda.Es un 2 estrellas bastante justo y el precio carísimo para lo que es.

No funciona el ascensor y subimos a un tercer piso por una escalera tipo caracol, estrechisima con las maletas. Un hotel muy justito.La wifi no funcionaba bien.Esta al lado de la estación de tren, el centro antiguo está como a 10 minutos caminando.

Anuncian Wifi y a la habitación donde estaba no tenía cobertura. Al comentarlo me dijeron que eso era imposible que siempre funciona bien. Tengo un Iphone y un vaio y no funcionaba niguno de los dos. Vino un compañero y su ordenador tampoco funcionaba. Hubiera agradecido una respuesta clara,y no fué así.

La habitación, para ser triple, era amplia y el desayuno era bueno. Muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y de autobuses y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. El personal muy amable.

En nuestra llegada el ascensor estaba estropeado así que tuvimos que subir las maletas a una tercera planta por unas escaleras de caracol aunque lo arreglaron para cuando marchamos. El lavabo un poquito pequeño pero bien.

Room is not clean!!! There is a big spider in the room which is bigger than 1 euro, with a big body and stubby legs, so horrible!!! It is even a nightmare.

My friend and I spent one night in Rennes on our backpacking trip. Le Magenta was the cheapest place we could find (cheaper than hostels) and wow, it was a win for the money! Absolutely perfect for anyone, on a budget or not. The receptionist was extremely sweet and our room was clean and very nice. Everything is brand-new. It is literally five minutes from the train station! It is also located by some great restaurants that are open late (even on Sundays)--I recommend the creperie! I would definitely come here again and recommend it to everyone!

Location is very good. Close to Rennes railwaystation.

Elevator did not work (already for a long time). Very noisy hotel (noise from inside) doors, staff and customers can you hear from inside your room. Beds were very, very bad. Like sleeping on a rock.

The simplicity and the minimalistic design made the stay pleasant. Also the staff where very helpful and easy to deal with. When you travel allot, convienet is very important, location wise it's fantastic at walking distance to everything in rennes.

More like a suggestion, the breakfast knife too sharp and pointy. Was a little scared that I may cut my hand when cutting crispy bread. Also hard to spread the butter.

For we arrived the hotel at morning, the staff permit us to check in ahead of schedule, It's very kind of them!

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The room was simple but okay. Both, room and breakfast had a good value for price. Finally, it was perfectly silent - there was no disco noise or something like this.

it was a very clean hotel.the room was well kept and it served very well for what we needed. i will happily stay there again.

a hot breakfast would be nice because you pay extra for breakfast,but it is entirley up to you if you want it or not.

Exremely close to the railway station - our sole reason for being in Rennes. Prescribed breakfast times were waived to accommodate our train times.

Extremely noisy from outside - people shouting and talking all night (we stayed a Friday and Saturday night). Only way to stop it was to close the window but the nights were far too hot for that. Would be OK if cooler season or if air conditioning installed.

The bathroom with a sliding room is unacceptable

Location close to car rental return & station walking distance for tgv to Paris. Lift was great and Reception staff helpful. Noise from the street was not conducive to relaxation, but understandable for location. Restaurants easy walking distance and good variety.

A well located hotel, convenient to the rail station and just a short walk to the historic centre. Many low cost restaurants very close by. Major shopping centre just two blocks away. A very small hotel with limited services. Recently renovated in a very tasteful and minimalist fashion. Very clean, excellent bed and bedding. Staff were very pleasant. There were no surprises with regard to charges--all was as expected. You couldn't ask for anything more under the circumstances.

It had an elevator, an excellent shower, and was clean.

This a very basic hotel with no atmosphere and an almost non existant staff. The room had no phone so there was no way to contact the staff without going to the front desk. This was not only inconvenient but unsafe for the guests.

This is a very small hotel on a side street very close to the train station and a 10 minute walk from the city center - I was very pleased with this location it was the reason we chose it! The room was nice and clean with a decent bathroom and enough space for us all - we booked a family room one double and single bed It is a very quiet hotel I didnt hear any other guests just saw someone once in the smoking area and a couple of friends checking out at the same time we did. The staff were very helpfull indeed! The booking confirmation said that check-in was at 4 and we were a little annoyed with this because of the time we arrived but we went to see if we could leave our bags at the hotel in storage at to our surprise the receptionist let us check in and go straight to our room at 11am! Very helpful gentleman! A female receptionist also very helpful - we were staying there when the clocks changed and got very confused but she helped us when we were rushing about trying to work out the time!

The elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor of the hotel alot of stairs - that looked quite dodgy to be honest and were very dirty. The wifi recption doesn't reach the third floor- something they really should sort out seeing as they advertise free wifi all they need to do is buy a signal booster and place it closer to the third floor. The bathroom door in the room wasnt so much a door but a piece of wood to slide over the doorway with gaping holes either side could see out of the bathroom through the holes and into the bathroom from the room so no privacy!

La seule personne vue c'est le receptionniste, souriant, tres courtois et serviable.
