A equipe é extremamente simpática, disponível, acolhedora e prestativa e preocupada com todos os detalhes e resolver/responder quaisquer questões. Talvez gostava de um colchão mais firme, mas isso é uma opção extritamente pessoal pois tenho que dizer que a qualidade do quarto, cama e colchão eram ótimas e os pormenores do hotel são realmente de extremo bom gosto e qualidade indiscutível. Adorei o hotel e tudo. |
