Excellent small quality hotel in a beautiful small town. Hotel facilities were very modern inside an older manor house which has been recently updated. Super restaurant attached, excellent meal at a not too expensive price, good breakfast. Staff in the hotel and the restaurant very helpful, all contributing to a most enjoyable stay.

The position of hotel near road But once inside you didn't notice it.

This is an excellent renovation of an old chateau/manor house that had stood derelict for many years (20?). Everything has been done to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's not their fault that we could only stay the one night and that was Sunday, when most restaurants in town, including theirs, were closed.

Our toilet / bathroom area did not have a door which, I'm told, was due to the constraints of the shape of the building. It wasn't actually visible from the bedroom but if you don't like that sort of arrangement then make sure you request a room that has a proper separate bathroom/toilet area. Another strange feature, or rather lack of feature, in the bathroom was the basin which didn't appear to have any "plug". This was strange given all the usual environmental notices about water being a precious resource etc etc.

Great old hotel refurbished with modern amenities. Walk over the road to the town. Comfortable bed and lovely modern rooms.

Location on busy road. The manager tended to hover over-solicitously at breakfast but was friendly enough. Makes a good coffee.

Very good service and very good food in the restaurant.

It's an old mansion that's very nicely restored, very design, but you can feels that there is little or no isolation, it's very cold in the winter despite the extra heaters. Also to bad you can not let the restaurant charge on the room.

We stayed two days in this modern clean hotel, with a good breakfast. Beautiful exterior, although in front of a little noisy road (not enough to be felt within our room). One night we had an excellent meal in their gourmet restaurant at quite reasonable prices. Staff very receptive and helpful.

We do not have anything to complain about this hotel.

Beautiful setting. Spotless accommodation. Friendly owners. The hotel is only 3 star but is much better than many 4 star hotels we have stayed in.

It was lovely to arrive at this Hotel and to be greeted in such a friendly way. The Hotel was just lovely and our room was very comfortable. The Restaurant is fine dining and very good. The Hotel has a fine collection of unusual items well worth spending time looking at and the grounds are very spacious.

The room we stayed is a room of usual syandard level in its size and facilities.

Smart, clean, very helpful staff. Good restaurant available if required - otherwise pleasant tranditional restaurant in town (walking distance). Large, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, plenty of parking space.

Not a beautiful setting - edge of fairly undistinguished town, small garden. This not important when using the hotel as an overnight stop before doing the wonderful Pyrenean Route Verte, which starts in the town.

Very nice and new rooms in an old historic building. Friendly and competent staff, speaking good English, the nice lady at the reception even spoke perfect German and recommended a very good restaurant for dinner, due to closed Hotel restaurant on Sunday. Good and secure parking was included in price.

Design of bedroom with very confortable bed. Bathroom needs extra towelrails.

exellent staff who provided caring services. the rooms are very clean and well designed. the city is wonderfully located near various prehistoric sights. total experience was very satisfactory.

Very nice, comfirtable hotel. Modern, comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. excellent bathrooms, big screen TV wtht many channels, very clean. Excellent restaurant attached. We recommend this hotle for anyone visiting the region, especially the Caves at Niaux whihc are nearby.

Nothing negative except beware it is near the main road to Andorra so the immediate environs are not particulalry scenic although in an area of great beauty.

The restaurant was open on Sunday night!

They did not take pets

Great stopover and very luxurious compared to other places we have stayed in the Pyrenees. Only two years old and lovely furnishings and comforts. Owners particularly nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Only disadvantage is the wi fi zone is only in one room.

We came as a group of 4 motorcycle drivers. Smelly and sweaty. We were received like champions, could leave the motorcycles in view in front of the main entrance. Rooms are outstanding, the little manor is cosy and makes you feel part of the family. The attached restaurant deserves the term "Gourmet" and if you book half pension, the prices are below expectations. Everything was great and I would like to thank the couple running the place for the warm welcome and the wonderful stay. If you are in the region, at least visit and try the restaurant.

the room was beautiful, completely modern and comfortable. The bath/shower is luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The resaurant at the hotel is a gourmet restaurant.
