    Great location, beautiful grounds

Dinner and breakfast were over-priced, as was the room for what we paid.

We liked the location, the surroundings and the general ambiance of the hotel, the service was good and the evening meal excellent, however the choice of the main course was limited. The breakfast choice was wide ranging and excellent

Access to the bedroom was up a very narrow staircase, however we were warned by the hotel that the room eas upstairs.

    Staff, surroundings, tranquility, food.

Cost. Also, front door was glass, so people can see in the unit.

It was chosen as the right place for a break of journey, and it proved comfortable and pleasant, with a dramatic view of Mont St Michel. Prices looked high, but in fact werte reasonable for high season.

Location and the building itself is lovely.

Room did not match the details, no AC, no private terrace. Hotel staff advised that this is a problem. Live caterpillar in main course. We had to argue to get the cost of this meal removed from the bill.

Sound proofed rooms - in an old building this seems to be essential these days.

As it was a last minute booking for a Saturday night there wasn't much choice so other rooms may have been more spacious.
