This former mill is on the banks of the River Sélune and only a 20 minute drive from the abbey at Mont-Saint-Michel. Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV with satellite TV are provided in all rooms....

In a renovated Breton-style house, this family-run B&B is in Beauvoir, 2 miles from Mont-Saint-Michel.

Very scenic old buildings & grounds.
Has gotten rough around the edges. our room needed fresh paint and loose wallpaper removed.
close to Mont St Michael with a good view of the site
Room was way too small.
Setting sublime, why we returned after 8 years, to enjoy the silence and solitude of the salt marshes with the view of Mont St Michel. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the view superb.
Change of management. The room with terrace facing Mont St Michel was poorly maintained. No replacement shower gel despite three night stay. Had to provide our own. Breakfast waitress claimed the hotel had run out of eggs! Dinner waiter overworked, three hours plus to have dinner, he did very well but was not supported by other staff, also he needed to look at his personal hygiene. Despite being a Relais du Silence, the female staff were noisy, calling to each other at the top of their voices and on one day a major row broke out between staff in front of us over employer's rights versus family rights, leading to a ember of staff walking off site. 8 years ago, on the terrace outside our room we could sit and see Mont St Michel from the seats. This time the garden plants had been allowed to block the view from the seats and could only be seen if we stood.
The beds were comfortable and the room was clean
The one attraction in the area is Mont Saint-Michel and the reason for tourists to go there. This hotel is a long way from the Abby and there was no public transport. I would advise travellers with no transport to stay closer to the Abby as taxis are also hard to come by.
Great location, beautiful grounds
Dinner and breakfast were over-priced, as was the room for what we paid.
Stunning view of Mt. St. Michel. Great location, esp for traveller with car or bike, just 11 km from Mt. St. Michel, easy access to public parking lot. Very lovely country style hotel.Much more charming and elegant way to stay in the area than the cluster of hotels in front of Mt. St. Michel. Restaurant serves fine and yummy food with unbeatable view.
We liked the location - close to Mont Saint Michel but far enough to be peaceful and away from the masses of tourists. We also appreciated the charm of the hotel and the quiet surroundings. We did not eat at the hotel but the restaurant was beautiful and the waitstaff very welcoming and courteous.
Our room was pretty small, normal for French hotels, but the view from the room was the worst. Our window looked out on what looked like an old camper which was otherwise hidden from view on the ground. In the morning, there was quite a bit of noise as it sounded like deliveries were happening just below our window, or perhaps the residents of the camper were just moving things around and talking loudly.
We liked the location, the surroundings and the general ambiance of the hotel, the service was good and the evening meal excellent, however the choice of the main course was limited. The breakfast choice was wide ranging and excellent
Access to the bedroom was up a very narrow staircase, however we were warned by the hotel that the room eas upstairs.
Staff, surroundings, tranquility, food.
Cost. Also, front door was glass, so people can see in the unit.
Location is very nice, friendly staff.
Rooms need facelift to lift it drom 90s to present.
