The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location. The hotel is ivy covered and so pretty. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The owner and staff are so helpful and pleasant. Restaurant and bar are well set out and food is excellent. Located just outside town but an easy walk in to the lovely town of La Roche Bernard.

It's something a little different and because it has extensive grounds off the road we felt comfortable leaving our sports car parked outside. Our room had small windows - but they all have as it's an old manor house. Our room was on the second floor and there isn't a lift and there was no offer of help from the staff. It's a ten minute walk into the town.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Manoir Du Rodoir, rooms very comfortable and clean, staff excellent. We ate in resturant both nights as food was fantastic.Rodoir champagne cocktail was the best. An enjoyable stay and will go back next time in the area.

Really lovely location, restful ambience, exceptional attention by staff to visitors. Restaurant was excellent - overall I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Lovely birdsong and terrace.

The ambience. At first sight it did not impress, but the longer you were there the quirkiness, and the dated feel combined to give a most relaxing feel, and my wife loved it It was a fantastic contrast to the previous night at a Ibis Hotel.. Car parking.

Whilst situated within walking distance of the town, it was down a lovely secluded driveway. (Watch out for the sleeping policemen, our E Type grounded on them but they can be avoided by using tradesmen entrance). The restaurant was unexpectedly good, both in ambience and food. Since we were out of season we were the only guests that night, so service was impeccable.

Hotel veillot, chambre et salle de bain propre mais qui n'a aucun cachet, les toilettes sont ds la salle de bain qui etait petite et en faite celui ci servait a poser nos affaires de toilette car il n'y avait pas de quoi deposer ! mobilier rustique "neuf"....Avons aussi diner et avons ete surpris par le menu proposer attention !sur le menu parc je crois les huitres gratinées : c'etait une ! les noix de ST jacques :3 en fait ct des amuses bouche et ceci n'est pas preciser avant !! Deception ! La salle de restaurant est meublé de choses rococos, des objets afro africain pas du tout le style pour un manoir !!!! Bref faute de gout sur toute la ligne ! Deception !

Chambres rénovées récemment. Bonne propreté. A proximité de la route. Parties communes réduites et cachées. Tarif exorbitant du petit déjeuner (24€ pour 2), tandis que sur une place charmante de La Roche Bernard on peut manger des viennoiseries, prendre 2 jus d'orange et cafés le tout pour 10€.

-Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre : c'est dommage....et pour la salle de bain ; peu confortable pour poser les affaires de toilettes. Le reste était irréprochable.
