Great location, light and airy and nice decor. Loved having a balcony too.

Not really a proper bar facility and air con was on heating mode rather than cooling.

I'd like a lot the helpful staff. Victor was always at customer's service, fixing the problems I have with the WiFi. I'd like te decoration of the hotel, and the breakfast. Small details are everywhere. .including the elevator. ..

The WiFi connection in the 1st floor,just in Room 101....doesn't work. Breakfast, don't know if they have omelettes, but would be great...I love them

Room was adequate size -as was bathroom. Had a few English language TV channels. Breakfast was included in room rate and was enjoyable. At 24 euros it is probably too dear but as this was the rack price I think it could be negotiated. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Free glass of French champagne before venturing out for dinner was a nice touch.

Language skills among staff Lack of info (I wasn't told the breakfast was extra for example). The breakfast is very expensive for what you get - not reccomended.

Good relation price-quality tacking into account that Paris everywhere is overpricing. Excelent service and location ( yellow metro line). I recommend it.

I needed a map to go to my appointment and the gentleman at the front desk offered to make me a map which he did quickly and efficiently

When I checked out, it took a long time to charge the one breakfast I had during my stay

Great hotel within walking distance from gare de Lyon. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and good breakfast. It will be the first hotel that I look at the next time I go to Paris.

The location between Bastille & Gareth de Lyon is ideal for access to the best parts of Paris. Excellent French Bistro around the corner 'A la Biche au Bois'. The hotel is very clean, beds comfortable and Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side, but that's the norm with Parisian hotels.

Excellent location - less than 10min walk to Norte dame and le seine. Bastille metro station 5mins away and on 3 lines which made travel around the city extremely easy. Warm rooms, modern decor.

Nothing - everything was excellent.

The location was perfect for me. The hotel is situated just between Gare de Lyon and La Bastille at equal walking distance - around 5-10mins. Both stations gave an easy access to the different areas of Paris, and La Bastille area is full of restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and the room very clean. I will stay in this hotel again.

I was a bit cold in the room, and could have done with the spare duvet.

Newly renovated hotel close to the gare de Lyon. Very clean with a modern art theme. Room was very quiet. Staff were very helpful. We needed an international power adapter and one was provided immediately.

The staff were efficient and friendly.They allowed us to drop off our cases as we arrived early morning before check in.All the reception staff spoke good Enlish. Our room was spotless.

The funky art and flower arrangements in the foyer. The decent size bath, the hugebed, the standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The quality of the breakfast and the quiet effiency of the staff. Location on a quiet street 5 mins from basitlle metro station.

Too expensive compared to the service; for exemple 4 euros for 1 very tiny bottle of water from the minibar !!! Breakfast: costs 24 euros (that's crazy!!) and they have no cups and dishes enough for everybody (they have to wash to replace on the table, I had to wait 10 min before they gave me a clean cup). Smallest croissant I ever seen, very poor and small breakfast in general. Staff a little unfriendly and unhelpful, they had the courage to be rude to reply to my request for a clean cup at breakfast. They were also disappointed in giving me the hotel's umbrella even though it was raining hard!! Gym virtually non-existent, just 3 old tools in about 6 square meters room. Small bedroom!! and TV has just 1 english channel and none in italian language. I paid 165 euro per night, think about it!! The worse value for money I ever seen !

room too hot, air con was switched off throughout hotel. Very expensive for facilities. Thin walls so I could hear man next door snoring all night. Breakfast not included and it was €27 euros per person, needless to say that I didn't partake. Nice hotel but too expensive for facilities.
