Small rooms - a standard Parisienne Hotel attribute! Sad..

I Love it! People very nice! Near the station Gare de Lyon (train, bus, metro, TGV) and station Bastille, you can walk! The Hotel very clean and simple but beautiful design! In my opinion very complete breakfast, with essential and good.. for example fruit juices were natural and tasty.. not from bottles or mixed! Staff very friendly! I will return for sure!

We were really impressed with the hotel, we arrived past check out time (2am to be exact) to find that whilst booking the hotel on the way down, we had booked the hotel for the following night.. not our night of arrival. The hotel were fantastic, they changed to booking, no charge, no fuss, parked the car for us. Breakfast was the usual you would expect, staff are friendly. Once we had checked out they allowed us to sit and use their Wifi for about an hour whilst we updated our SatNav for the rest of our journey.

Rooms were a bit small, but clean and fresh

The front desk staff was excellent, polite and spoke English very well. They were exceptionally helpful! The rooms were very clean, everything was modern and updated and the breakfast buffet was very good. The location is very good, close to the metro as well as all of the cafeterias and restaurants. We had an excellent time, we'll definetely be back. Thank you!!!!

Very nice

We were travelling by TGV and the hotel's location is just 10 mins walks from the train station and metro Bastille. Hotel's staff were really friendly and gave a lot of recommendation of visiting place and restaurant. We are appreciated.

Breakfast was poor choices for the 4 stars hotel.

Value for money is good, bathroom vas sparkling cleen, rooms are new.

Rooms are really tiny, staff don't know much about the surroundings. Couldn't tell us where to eat or buy flowers.

This is an excellent hotel conveniently located near to the Gare de Lyon and the Place de la Bastille. I have stayed there many times and continue to appreciate their service. I would not recommend paying 25 euros for breakfast, as you can go to a nearby cafe for much less money, if you can get breakfast included, then by all means take advantage of it. The staff is always very pleasant and they strive to ensure that their guests feel welcome.

Friendly Staff. Good clean room. Very nice bed and facilities. you can enjoy the stay.(I stayed 13nights every day it was good) Location is good to ride on Metro-M1, RER.
