Very central for all the tourist attractions This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and each time it has got more expensive. This is not to do with the exchange rate of the £ against the euro. We have had better rooms allocated before.there was no facility to make an early cup of tea or coffee first thing in the morning which you get in most hotels.also the charge for breakfast we found rather expensive.

The only good thing was that its very close to Eiffel tower, river cruise and you can also take open bus tour from tower. Room was comfortable. But its no way closer to a 4 start hotel. The TV was not working and receptionist, who was the only person in hotel said this is happening from few days we cant do anything till monday. there were no mattress available for baby cot in this hotel. It was poor response & intrest shown by hotel receptionist. when asked manager refused to speak to me. Its no way 4 star hotel.

I liked the hotel and the staff. It was really really very horible to have the smell of fresh wall painting all over the hotel, even in my room. I was very surprised that you actually rent rooms during the period of reconstruction and works in progress and would suggest, for the quality and reputation of your hotel not to do so. Otherwise, the location and services were good.

The hotel is quite small but still offers everythin that you need for a short stay in Paris. The location is great if you plan to visit the Eiffel tower, take a dinner cruise or in any case to stay to the rive gauche of the city. The staff has been really helpful and they solved immediately any single small problem. The neighborhood is quite. So there aren't many options available during the evening about nice restaurants and bar. The room's door is the only thing that doesn't really suit this kind of hotel. You can easily hear everything that is happening in the corridor! So in the morning when they start to clean the rooms you can hear a little bit of noise, especially if you're near the lift. The other problem is the "sauna and gym". For me doesn't make sense to offer a free entrace in a near fitness first (4 minutes walk). Let's say that it's a plus, but I'm not sure if someone will effectively use it.

A lovely classical room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is a bit expensive so I did not take it, instead there is a nice bakers on the corner of the street.

My wife and I are on honeymoon and we stayed in the hotel for 2 days from 24-26 Dec 10. We are surprised that the hotel management gave us a box of chocolates as welcome gift for the Christmas! The staff are extremely helpful and polite. The hotel also provides Loccitane shower products and they all have a lovely smell! The Eiffel tower is just 5 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel also has a mini library to surf net and do some light reading if you are tired of shopping. There is also a super-market just across the street. It is very convenient and extremely safe to walk even at night. We would definitely go back again and strongly recommends it to couples and honeymooners like us :) Pillows are too soft for liking. Room is a bit small but typical that of Paris. Our classic room is about 20sq m.

Small nice clean hotel. Friendly staff, both front desk and breakfast. Rooms are clean and size very OK for Paris. Breakfast is not huge, but the selection is fine and fresh. Hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the foot of the Eiffel Tower. If you are out all days, the gym is useless, as it only opens at 8 in the morning.

Comfy mattress and pillows The draining system from the sink and bath tube were rely slow to evacuate the water. No kitchen and breakfast facilities. The description of the view of the Eiffel Tower is a bit misleading.

Excellent location, great staff, very nice room. Tremendous customer service. I would definitely consider staying there on next trip to Paris. French language challenged persons who are relaxing and trying to watch tv for a moment but cannot find English spoken programming can be difficult. It was often that it was after midnight to see anything with English language spoken. French is definitely a beautiful language but it is not my second language.

Definitely not a four stars hotel. No room service, no restaurant, poor quality and choice of breakfast. Staff doesn't speak english and poorly understand it. Very small rooms, poor maintenance. Staff not very polite.Good location, not noisy. Too expansive for its value. So, let's say ... a really french experience !!!

My husband and I enjoyed our lovely room and very comfortable bed. The balcony was great, allowing us to leave our doors open on very hot nights to enjoy the breeze and to get a view of surrounding streets.. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful with directions, calling cabs etc etc and the cleaning staff were polite and helpful.

The location is fantastic, with the Eiffel Tower & Les Invalides only a 5 minute walk away. There is a Patisserie next door, a supermarket across the road & resturants galore in the surrounding area. The hotel itself is a quaint little Boutique Hotel off the main streets, so it's quiet but still close to everything. The rooms are a little small but this is to be expected in Paris. It's French charm and beauty certainly makes up for what may seem to be a smaller room than you are used to. I can not praise the hotel staff high enough. They were absolutely wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything about this hotel made our Parisian experience even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. During our 6 night stay, toilet amenities were not replenished till the last night. Reason given was that the hotel had run out of shower gel. Indeed that it provided quality, branded amenities, but it is unthinkable that a 4-star hotel that touts itself as a luxury hotel would run out of basic amenity like shower gel, and worse yet, was unable to offer us any alternative. My husband ended up scouring the neighborhood after the usual business hours to find us a decent bottle of shower gel that thankfully lasted us the first 5 nights. Deplorable service that should warrant a poorer rating than merely 'poor'. Also, the front desk staff who handled our check-in and check-out was best described as nonchalant to our queries and requests.
