Clean rooms and warm top hospitality.
I really like the location, and the staff was very friendly. I really recommend this place, it's a good place for the family and its very close to the Eiffel tower and Metro.
Great location. Parking garage across the street. Less than 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Rooms were as pictured. Beds very comfortable.
- staff were excellent and very accommodating - location excellent - rooms clean and comfortable
- wifi performance limited late evenings
The staff were very helpful and courteous, very comfortable beds, great wifi
Nothing really. Wish the rooms were bigger though but that's Europe.
The hotel and staff were fantastic. I've stayed in Paris so many times but this was the first time I've stayed in this area - and it was fantastic. The location was perfect - I just loved it.
We booked a room for 3 - it was too small and the bed was a cot bed (only just big enough for my leggy 14 year old niece). And housekeeping only set the room up for 2. I wouldn't book for 3 again. It's just not set up for it. There were a few other problems too - but think it was unusual.
Our particular room size was good but our friends room was very tiny . very clean good location
Location of the hotel.
As environment conscious people we would have loved to use more than ones our bath towels but there was no place to hang the towels in the bathroom! Good general maintenance would make look this hotel even better. Scratches on the doors, dirty elevators, and dusty carpets reduces the perception of a good hotel. We went to the restaurant close by called "Vim & Maree" and felt highly discriminated and didn't let us in!
Staff were really excellent. Good english, great local knowledge.
rooms could be a little bigger
Very good location.....could see the Eiffel Tower from our room.
The concierge they are not well informed we asked directions and they didn't know where the Eiffel Tower was
Staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault the staff at all, excellent.
I was only able to stay one night. But, the hotel was fantastic! I really appreciate all of the help the staff was able to provide with recommendations of what to be able to see in the short time I was able to be there. When I return to Paris in the future, I will be sure to stay there again.
breakfast area too small
Customer service was satisfactory, great location
I found a note in the room that someone had left in a booklet , that means that the room had not been checked fully. the breakfast prices displayed in the lift was not clear, could be confusing, The room was much smaller than expected. disappointed
The location is very good.
The single bed in the triple room is a bit small.
Basically, a lovely place in a very nice neighborhood.
At the price point (the rack rate for a single was almost $600), I expected luxury: nice robes, large room, a desk, that sort of thing. Instead, it was a small, tidy business-class room.
small hotel good location friendly staff
was expensive however it was paris
The reception was welcoming after a long train ride and check-in was a breeze. Even though I did not get the room with a view as I have requested, the hotel arranged for a room in a quiet spot which I really liked as well. The room was clean and comfortable for a solo traveller like me. The location is great as it is a 10 minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower and easily accessible to most of the attractions via metro. I definitely would stay here again if I visit Paris in the future.
As mentioned by alot of other reviewers, breakfast is really costly at 17 Euros! However, you can choose not to pay for the breakfast and find your own alternatives so it was no issue to me. The location of the hotel will be confusing for first timers but subsequently, it would be easier to locate. The lighting along the corridor leading to the room is controlled by a sensor. It may come as a shock to some when you walk along the corridor in the dark and suddenly the light comes on! The glass pane beside the shower is not fixed and could be pushed outwards or inwards. So it was dangrous for me when I held on the the glass pane for support while showering the first time.
Much more than expected
The area the Hotel is in has great places to eat, is close to places of interest and the street and surrounding area is quiet and very clean. The rooms have been remarked on being small but are of good size. The staff are friendly and all speak good English. Ten out of ten.
Good location near Eiffel tower and on 3 metro lines within 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff. Good size rooms. On quiet side street.
The hotel is very easy to find and in perfect walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plenty of bars and restaurants and the metro. The area has a good buzz, but the hotel itself is very quiet. The room itself was very clean and pleasantly presented with lovely open French windows. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again.
The breakfast was 17 euros, which, considering there are so many patisserie's and lovely café's around, is not worth it.
It's walkable distance from famous things to view.
There is no room service and hotel says it's 4 star but it's small like a lodge!
