no wifi very bad staff bad cleaning no bed sheets change . . . .
Only close to the train station.
1.Poor English language skills staff at night shift. 2. Never changed bath towels although we left some on the floor or tub. The towels are very old and stain. 3. Did not fill in the toilet paper, we had to ask for more every day during our stay. This is a horrible experience we have experience with! 4. The Internet was always disconnected.
near in metro station
the hotel have lift, a bit smelly , they don't change towels
Bathroom is too small, dirty room, expensive, noisy because near to the backstreet restaurant, not worth to stay
Room is too dark, space too tight and a bit dirty. Pest control in room is recommended.
english speaking at reception, difficult to find in France
The booking change to a shared toilet without previous notice and at same price. Not clean, not easy parking, small rooms, no towels, no toiletries, high price
the location is Ok, its close to Gare de lyon station which has connections to many metros. cant think of any other point.
the steps were so narrow you cannot walk. to add to this there is no lift. its a surprise we didnt fall offand we struggled to take our luggage to the 3rd floor.the bathroom is very dirty, no drain holes, no decent house keeping. they did not even change the towels.
It had a bed and a shower that I needed. Wasn't too expensive.
One blind on window so the people opposite and above could see me. On a noisy back street, not a nice area. Someone came in and started kicking a football around in the hall at about 2am. The breakfast option would not have been an option as the breakfast room was a storage room! I put my bike in there. They didn't read my e-mail explaining that I needed somewhere to put bike, I wasn't going to leave it on the street.
The room was very small and one guest bed was broken. We had booked for 3 nights, with no wifi for 2 days. The room service did not clean at all for 1 day. They clean bad the next days.the staff does not care with zero customer care.
Nothing much. Location was just ok. Receptionist was helpful and friendly as much as possible.
It was the worst stay ever. No cleanliness, ants and worns... Very old towel not clean. Old furniture. I reserved family room very very smal cost euro 200 per night. Internet only for one user at the time.
Location, very near to Gare-de Lyon Railway Station
We reached hotel at 2300 hrs. Young girl at the reception was not knowing English. Thanks to Google translator we could exchange a few lines. Despite their claim of free wi-fi, no access was given despite request. Room not very comfortable/ clean.
Staff is very friendly, especially Jamelia (i hope i get her name right) although the security guard looks a little creepy. Right next to the hotel there is a street market, which happens on Sundays. Not far from Gare de Lion.
A little battered interior.
Nothing beside u can get some good fruit with less price out side the hotel in mornings
It was extremely over price with low quality facilities and was not clean, n the throw was not washed
The location of the hotel is excellent, just around the corner from Gare de Lyon. As well as the receptionist - very helpful.
Dirty marked linen and blankets, bathroom on arrival didnt look as if has been cleaned. No towels on arrival after asking, llooked as if one towel wasnt washed. We are family of 5 and family mroom very very small!
Eventhough a bit difficult with language barrier, receptionist very helpful :)
Stairs too steep. No lift
Great staff, good location
The only reason I booked this hotel is that it is little bit near by to a main station.
The rooms are very small and does not fit for family with small children. The stairs are very narrow and if you have heavy luggage and small children - forget about this hotel. The hotel is costly when compared to the money paid and less facilities. The Internet was not continous and you have to enter the password a lot of times to connect. There is only one electric port available and it was hard to use the laptop and to charge our cameras for the next day trip. Remember - no elevator only single plug point very narrow stair case and very small rooms
It is just as advertised. This hotel offers an inexpensive way to stay in Paris. It is not a luxury hotel but a good alternative for being there on a budget. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. You are a 5 minute walk from Gare de Lyon.
The staff was very friendly and it was very close to the train station. I will come back
Good location, friendly staff, very clean, friendly room, quiet in the night.
Extra-toilet was a bit poor, and cold. Not enough blanket in the room.
Very friendly staff, near Gare de lyon
The bed was comfortable
Dusty wardrobe, bed pillow with a mark of ash, towel seemed to have been already used and it was smelly, no coffee or tea in the whole hotel, no hair dryer in the room.
