The location was excellent The rooms were not cleaned properly any day, there were still crumbs on the floor after we came back in the evening. The tea/coffee facilities were not refilled any of the four days we stayed. There were ants in the bathroom. |

Staff was great, very helpful and didn't make me feel like I was an intrusion, lots of cafe's close by, right next to the Metro, theatres and shopping. I had some difficulty with the internet and my room had some tiny ants. |

Location The lift was out of action for the duration of my stay and I was on the 6th floor. It was dangerous to struggle up and down the narrow, badly-lit staircase with cases |

The location was great , very close to the Metro. The bed was very comfortable, and generally facilities in the room were good, with a decent hair dryer and even a trouser press! The cleaner did not finish the room to a good enough standard. They did not replace the plastic tea cups and spoons, replenish the tea bags or throw away a dirty napkin which was disappointing, |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Being so close to Gare Montparnasse was a huge benefit. It's just a little thing but an ironing board would have made the stay perfect. |

We arrived early and our room was ready. We had a late day train on the day of our departure, they allowed us to stow our luggage in a locked room until evening at no charge. Our room (courtside) was quiet. They offered a free coffee service, however there were never any cups available at the coffee machine. |

We had the room in a quiet section. The room and the bathroom were big enough. The room was clean and nice. The doors from the other rooms were slamming sometimes and this was annoying. |

Facilities were good, clean, easy to access via metro, close to shopping, etc. Only one or two irons for the whole hotel, so it took three trips to the reception before we got one |

Nice design of rooms; best possible location for high-speed railway station Montparnasse; friendly staff Montparnasse is the railway station for Brittany, and Brittany teams had won the Coupe de France and 2nd place that night - not the hotel's fault but there was quite a bit of noise on the streets! |

It was extremely conveniently located - especially for the price. The rooms were clean, decently-sized, and well-kept. Some of the staff members were not as friendly/accommodating as might have been expected. |
