Noisy. 3am trash collection and people parties at 4 and 5 am in the mornings.

Good location close to Montparnasse station

Out dated bathroom with very low quality equipments. Need serious improvement. Very high price for poor quality room.

For the money they charge it is not a particularly good value hotel either for location, service or atmosphere. There was nothing terribly wrong with the place but for less or the same money Paris has hundreds of hotels that are better value and nicer to stay in.

Great location and the staff were very helpful. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but there is a bakery right outside, so just as easy to bring back and have breakfast in bed. Metro stop 2 min away which was very convenient. The rooms are Paris-small but enough space for luggage ect.

No wifi in our room

We just stayed the one night en-route for Bordeaux on the Eurostar and the hotel fitted the bill in trems of location etc. Within 10 minutes walk of Eurostar Station.

Location of hotel is good. Surround the hotel is a lot of bar, restaurant and shop. Room is clean.

Room size and bathroom are small for a 4 stars hotel.

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and near to metro station. Clean room and comfortable bed. Free wi-fi and can be accessed from the room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a shared shuttle to go to CDG airport as we had an early flight.

The water kettle was dirty. We were charged for a bottle of water which provided in the room. We thought it was part of welcome amenities as there was no label and no price list.

The rooms are very small. Also, the cleaning lady came every day at 4p.M. when we were trying to rest in the after-noon.

The Hotel ist really very Central. Close to Goumont Cinema in Montparnasse. The room is small but fine and clean. Enough for 2 person in one room. For us it is important that the hotel is really central and clean. The price is also reasonable ( only if you booked in advance). The hotel personal are really helpful. They answer almost all my questions. We were arriving at Orly and then we took a bus to Gare Montparnasse station. There are also another way to go to the Hotel from Gare Montparnasse station, take Metro to Gaite. I was bringing my family and friends from Asia, so that we were also looking for asian restaurant. There are really a lot of Asian restaurant in Gaite... We were happy to stay there, it was a good decision.

Well outfitted rooms, prime location

Many aspects of the room didn't work: leaky sink (not repaired within day of report), weak hair dryer, internet in stairwell of floor but not room

It is very near the metro station (!) and easy to find. It is close to the La Fayette mall, to a pharmacy and to nice restaurants. The neighborhood is gorgeous!

Price for night, last year, was 99 euros, but this year was 130 euros. Too much for such a small room (w/out breakfast).

Though the rooms are very smal but clean and cosy. I liked that there ware facilities for making tea, coffee. The location is perfect.

1. When we arrived we were told that there's no hot water and it would appear only the next day. 2. My credit card was pre-authrised and 85 euro guarantee deposit was taken by FINHOTEL 7 days before my arrival, though the name of the hotel is "Timhotel Gaîté Montparnasse" and during the booking it was said that no guarantee deposit would be taken. As in Russia there are a lot of fraud cases with the credit cards and I didn't know that FINHOTEL and Timhotel Gaîté Montparnasse is the same hotel I had to turn to bank immediately and block my credit card for safety reasons.

The location is perfect! Close to metro, airport shuttle, a lot of brasserie and restaurants nearby. The staff is helpful and very informative in giving recommendation regarding places to go, how to go, price, etc.

The room is too small that we almost didn't have space to put our stroller inside.

The location is excellent , 2 steps from big metro station. The room was small but clean with very comfortable bed, bath quite big (for Paris hotels) .
