For a french hotel I have rarely seen this many tv channels on offer, especially foreign ones. Two thumbs up for that. I also liked the comprehensive breakfast and the helpful staff. The location is great for jogging in the nature with stunning views of the Berre lake from the woods.

The position, in the nice town of Istres, is a good base for visiting Provenza, the staff is nice and they are animal friendly. If you travel with pets it's the perfect place. The swimming pool area is also amazing... Breakfast is complete although not the best.. Well, generally in Provence food is really bad and expensive everywhere... Nothing particular. We have been 2 times, once in the bungalow room and once in the grand comfort room.. well, the bungalow room is a little smaller but much more romantic. The grand comfort room is fine but I would expect more.

I thought that the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, Gerard even took time to find a further hotel for us to stay which again was brilliant..... A shame that no food I.E. evening meal, and also that we thought it complicated when trying to order drinks from the bar. Very clean hotel, although our bathroom a tad dated. Would visit again as the staff are wonderful. More sunbeds required.

L'accueil, les chambres à thème, la piscine (bien que nous n'ayons pu en profiter) et le petit déjeuner (buffet impeccable, table et salle propre, choix). J'aurai sans doute l'occassion d'y retourner sans hésitation. Baignoire un peu vétuste.

L'accueil très conviviale, le cadre ,dans un parc tranquille.Le calme pour les chambres qui donnent sur la pinède. Le principe des chambres à thème, pour ma par l'ambiance Malaysiènne de ma chambre. Ce ne sont que des choses à améliorer, avoir plus de soins sur le buffet du petit déjeuner, débarrasser systématiquement les tables lorsque les clients ont terminés. Veiller au bon approvisionnement du buffet. Même si les chambres sont en rénovation, il faut prendre garde aux baignoires qui sont très glissantes et il y a un réel risque de chute, alors qu'en attendant les nouvelles installations un simple tapis de douche éviterait un accident regretable

Le confort et la gentillesse du personnel, sans compter le prix très intéressant. Les toilettes sont construites bizarrement et la porte s'ouvre vers l'intérieur : on ne sait plus où mettre les pieds...

L'accueil est très chaleureux et l'hôtel est facile à trouver. Le lit était très confortable ! L'ambiance était moyenne je pense que l'hôtel était en cours de "rafraîchissement" cela dit, donc il semble normal que les plinthes étaient manquantes et la peinture un peu défraîchie. Attention également à la paroi de la douche qui n'était pas super propre, même si ce n'était que du calcaire.

Comme nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil, déplorable notre chambre, pas de chauffage dans la sb, armoire cassée, volet roulant ipossible à ouvrir, lampe de chevet cassée......TRES Mecontent Nos amis avaient une chambre rénovée et nous délabrée et nous avons payé le même prix, inadmissible!!!!!

La qualité de l'accueil (même en arrivée tardive). Aucune réclamation à formuler. Un seul bémol : l'accès plus qu'étroit aux wc. Je pense qu'une personne de forte corpulence ne peut pas y avoir accès.
