“ I spoke no French but the staff made every effort to attempt to speak English. I was in a situation where I had not planned to stay and had much luggage and needs, they were boiling to all of them and assisted me greatly. ” Adam, Wollongong Located in the centre of Reims, this low-cost hotel is just 500 metres from the SNCF Train Station. Free Wi-Fi access and a TV are provided in the guest rooms. The individually decorated rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Each room is equipped with a desk. A continental breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room at Le Monopole. After breakfast, you can read the newspapers provided. It was old and slightly shabby but French!, The elderly patron was friendly, language was a bit of a problem but we laughed a lot and pointed and used a dictionary. Room compact but clean, beds comfortable. Will stay again, excellent location. Price very good. Car parking in multi storey close by good value, 12.50 Euro for 24 hrs. Thanks. Cheryl Green was fine for short stay

Great location. But keep your eyes open whilst looking for the hotel, we must have walked past it at least 4 times before finding it. The staff were friendly enough and let us check in early with no additional payment. The room was fairly large and the beds were comfy. We were quite hot at night. The bathroom was tiny and a bit grotty. The hotel needed a refurbishment. It was good value for the one night we stayed but I wouldnt have stayed longer, it was very basic.

Easy, friendly, effective and very center located. By car you can park just 2 minutes from the hotel, for a 12 euros daily tarif. Reccommended!

That they helped me as best as possible, even before I commenced my stay there.

La proximité immédiate avec le centre-ville de Reims, hôtel est situé au coeur de la Place d'Erlon qui regroupe une bonne partie des restaurants de qualité de la ville, de plus, les centres d'intérets historiques sont à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un court séjour. Salle d'eau un peu exigue et chambre mal insonnorisé. Un lit plus ferme serait appréciable.

le petit déjeuner et l'accueil les fumeurs qui, dès le matin jusque tard le soir, s'installent dans la salle de petit déjeuner, ce qui est particulierement désagréable, l'odeur de cigarettes montant jusque dans les chambres.
