good food for breakfast, helpful staff, and close to mini market.
wifi only at hall, a bit far from city center
I like the staff, they were very kind.
Stayed in a 4 bed dormitory with own bathroom. Nice, clean and trouble free. Very kind, english speaking staff. Free lockers at the reception, basic but decent for the price breakfast. One of the better Hostels I've stayed. Good location.
bad peoples make so much noise no ac plug enogh
Rooms are very small. Far from most major attractions in Paris. Extremely loud at night as ground floor sells alcohol to visitors. Rooms very dark and dirty. No wifi.
Too expensive, not worth
Some crazy drunk girls screaming so loud after 1 am
I was troublesome client (passport stolen on first day) and they helped me a lot, splitting and adjusting reservation as i was solving my problems. Supermarket nearby, G20 with cheap food.
Was easy to find and a great location close to the metro. It was easy to get around paris from here. A short walk away is the Sacre-Coeur, stunning cathedral. Also nearby is a great dining atmosphere. Staff gave good recommendations of local affordable places to eat. Sheets and bedding provided was lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with cereal, hot drinks. croissants and buns. Another nice touch was the offer of free ear plugs, although being on the 5th floor we didn't need them. If you had loud room mates this gesture would be much appreciated
Was a small toilets and step stair case up to room. Basic beds and facilities.
Location, facilities, price
Staff was helpful and location close to metro.
I've booked almost 3,5 months in advance and got a bed in the worst room on the hostel. 6:th floor, no lift and a room in a bad condition. Nearest shower (only one) on the floor below. Toiletroom was about 45-50 cm wide. One on every floor in main building. When I asked I got another room on third floor but in same condition. Except for public areas the hostel need a serious makeover. At least the main building.
Near the bohemian part of PAris Near from Metro Statio (Jullis Joffrin and Marcadet Poissonniers)
Don't have Wi-fi Access in the rooms just in the lobby
The hostel is very clean and nice.
No internet connection. The stuff should learn to smile to customers. The payment for the hostel was subtracted from my account well before my arrival even though it was written on the booking confirmation that I am supposed to pay after the arrival.
Location was near metro
No lift, terrible room (paid for private bathroom but it had no toilet and shower was broken), really run down. Common areas were average.
The various breakfast, big living room, etc. I enjoy my stay there! :D
There's no wifi in the bedroom, so i have to stay in the living room all the time if i need the Internet access. Too bad :(
It was really close to a metro station and sacre cour. Really nice area around Montmartre. Cool vibe around the hostel, looked like they were doing a lot of renovations while we were there.
due to renovations the rooms and bathrooms smelled really bad of paint fumes.
Small and cramped. But very cheap
I stayed twice, both times (different floors) my twin rooms were old and tatty but clean and the sheets/pillow were clean. The bunk-bed was comfortable. The shared shower/toilet was also clean. The common room/lobby where you could get wi-fi / a drink etc was nice with a good atmosphere. As well as wi-fi they had computers you could use for a small charge which was useful for me. It was good to get breakfast included. The location was easy to get to, the metro was only two minutes walk and there were plenty of places to buy pizza/water/snacks etc round about. You could walk up the hill to Montmartre too.
Everything about this hostel was fine. The metro connection is very good and very convenient for the hostel. However, if you change metro lines at Marcadet Poissonniers (as recommended) one stop before the stop for the hostel there is a bit of a problem with that metro station. We went through it a lot of times and there is a lot of open hard drug taking and drug dealing in that station day and night. We saw police once but the rest of the time there were no police and you just had to walk past them yourself. During the day it is busy with plenty of other metro users but it was intimidating at night, especially one night when there was no-one much else about except a lot of drug users having an argument in the corridors and taking drugs on the stairs, you had to walk right close to them to get to the platform. The last night when I was staying on my own at the hostel I took a different route (just slightly longer via Abbesses) on the metro to avoid Marcadet Poissonniers on my own in the evening. Especially if you are on your own I recommend taking the route avoiding this station at night. Jules Joffrin station where the hostel is was fine.
It was close to le Sacre-Coeur, and it had a very chill college atmosphere. Good decorations and breakfast was included.
The staff and customer service were awful. The line at check in was ten people long. The "luggage room" was a closet overflowing with everyone's suitcases thrown on top of each other. We had to pay for our towels. No elevator and they put us on the very top (6th) floor, with two 50-lb suitcases, and no help offered to us. The wifi didn't reach the top floor, and we had to go downstairs if we wanted to use it.
Location near metro station
Room too small, very small bathroom,
Excellent and friendly staff. Clean. Wifi and internet. Excellent breakfast. Luggage room.
I wish they had a lift. Specially if you are staying on the sixth floor.
Location and the variaty of things to do in the hostel
Breakfast is free and u can have milk and juice
The location is not easy to find and if u walk from city center, this will make u crazy
I liked the free breakfast. And one staffer gave us free Doritos, which was nice.
The mold on the bathroom ceiling, the unwashed blankets on the beds, the poor WiFi network.
