Initially, the staff. Jana was on reception and she greeted us with such warmth and friendliness. She was also informative and helpful. After this initial welcome, everything fell into place and we really enjoyed our stay. We only stayed one night but if we were to stay for two or more nights, the room lacked a little in the way of hanging space. No negative comments otherwise, it was all good.

The breakfast was excellent. Very good French cheeses, homemade jams, freshly squeezed orange juice and other juices. The decoration of the rooms and hotel lobby is very cozy and tasteful.

The bed was very comfortable. Strasbourg is within easy reach. You drive 5 km to a Park-and-Ride, pay €3.20 for the car all day which includes a round trip tram ticket for all passangers in the car. Tram takes about 20 min and is very comfortable. I thought we were getting a better deal by booking thru www.booking.com. When I looked at the price we paid, it was even pricier than what they put on their website.

A 10mn de Strasbourg dans un cadre splendide en pleine campagne. Bâtiments magnifiques, Très bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse et prestations de qualité. Idéal pour un week-end en amoureux, au calme. Je recommande absolument. Restaurant malheureusement fermé pendant notre séjour. Aux dires d'amateurs de bonnes tables, celle-ci est recommandée.

Tout : le personnel tres disponible, la chambre vaste Le dépaysement . Le restaurant était fermé lors de visite (dommage) mais on m'a bien conseillé pour trouver une table en ville

Un cadre idyllique,la chambre cosy,la literie confortable,la douche à l'italienne très pratique et excellente,la décoration et les couleurs font un effet zen.Sans oublier le parking aisé.Le restaurant était fermé mais l'hôtel nous avait réservé un restaurant raffiné au village:excellent rapport qualité/prix.C'était notre 2e.séjour et nous sommes enchantés. J'oubliais le petit déjeuner "bio" exquis.

die freundliche atmosphäre das gepflegte ambiente die freundlichkeit des personals das - auch für deutsche verhältnisse- hervorragende frühstück nachts schien licht in unser zimmer- vermutlich eine elektrische lampe im außenbereich da die vorhänge transparent sind, konnten sie das licht nicht dämmen. vielleicht lässt sich dies verbessern sonst: keinerlei kritik

proximité d'un grand parking près du terminus des trams à Hoehnheim (5 minutes en voiture), tarif stationnement/ journée bon marché, destination centre de Strasbourg. Excellent restaurant sur le site de l'hôtel!

Die persönliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, die Lage in dieser wild romantischen Umgebung mit seinen Blumenbeeten, Kräutergärten und dem unvergleichlichen Charme! Die nahe Anbindung an Straßburg ist hervorragend! Das Entdecker-Menü im Restaurant gegenüber dem Hotel / Mühle war spitze! Das Frühstück mit seinen regional angebauten Spezialitäten in Bio-Qualität! Die liebevolle, bunte und stets passende Inneneinrichtung uvm... Ich fände es stimmiger, wenn die komplette Restaurant-Karte auch auf deutsch geschrieben wäre. Teilweise waren nur einige Speisen auf deutsch übersetzt, jedoch nicht alle. Hier wäre eine klare Linie gewünscht.

Wir waren schon öfters dort; und bestimmt auch nicht zum letzten Mal!!! Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer gerade geschmackvoll renoviert, Lage des Hotels, erhaltene alte Mühle; einfach das Ambiente... Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht ganz so reichhaltig; man ist halt in France ;)
