Great location and amazing food in the restaurant.
Weird decor and incomprehensible shower!!
location; large room with great view of river.
wifi difficulty with "reach" at the end of corridor. staff in restaurant somewhat rude and unaccommodating.
Location and view
Pricey for what it offers particularly the the food. Our expensive 4 course meal was ruined as everything including the foie gras was over cooked and service exceedingly slow.
The location is beautiful. Fabulous views over the river. It was also great to be able to hire bikes from the hotel and cycle along the canal all afternoon. The secure parking was also useful for us.
The wifi reception was really terrible in the rooms and actually only strong around the foyer. This was actually the only hotel out of 6 we stayed in in France where we encountered such a problem. We did not particularly enjoy the breakfast as we do not like coffee from machines using capsules.
Location on the bank of the river. Food in the restaurant was very nice.
Room was very basic. Old (eighties) furniture, linoleum on the bathroom floor. Old two ring cooker in the room. Overall the room is in need of a make over. Being charged for breakfast we didn't have. Being overcharged for our dinner. Being told we didn't have access to the car park when we had clearly booked it.
Nice room, big bed big shower, quiet had an excellent sleep. Restaurant is high quality.
May be some more simple munu items for those that don't want a full three course meal.
The view from the room. The espresso machine in the room.
Misleading information on the bookings.com site.
Marvellously imposing building perched above the river with fabulous views. Staff were delightful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was huge and comfortable, dinner and breakfast superb and the car parking convenient and protected by cctv. All in all a great find.
Moissac itself seems to have little to offer a visitor.
The staff were wonderful, dinner was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. The location was charming, on the river yet not far off the A62 autoroute. Outstanding value for money.
The facilities are a little dated, but for the price, location and wonderful staff it is easily overlooked.
just about everything from the staff to the room and food
View over river.
Wonderful location rooms are well equipped.
Breakfast was expensive and poor quality
We had a room overlooking the Tarn river which was great!
The restaurant food was fair but very expensive......but that is France!
location on the river and ambiance.excellant staff.
expensive resturant, and not value for money
Our booked room hadn't been serviced on our arrival at 17.00. We left immediately
Nice view on the river Tarn.
Lovely location and excellent room with views over the river. The hand shower was the only let down but we were told that they are refurbishing the hotel in January 2014 and showers will be installed in all rooms. Very helpful staff - particularly reception
The restaurant is very expensive and not much choice of menu which is a shame but there are a lot of very nice restaurants in town which is only 5 minutes walk away.
Lovely location on the Tarn in pleasant and historic town. Restaurant excellent for dinner.
Room (deluxe twin) in need of refurbishment. Beds comfortable but small. WiFi free but a complicated nuisance with no access in room and in parts of the ground floor.
