Marvellously imposing building perched above the river with fabulous views. Staff were delightful - nothing was too much trouble. The room was huge and comfortable, dinner and breakfast superb and the car parking convenient and protected by cctv. All in all a great find.

Moissac itself seems to have little to offer a visitor.

The staff were wonderful, dinner was excellent and the ambiance was delightful. The location was charming, on the river yet not far off the A62 autoroute. Outstanding value for money.

The facilities are a little dated, but for the price, location and wonderful staff it is easily overlooked.

Lovely location and excellent room with views over the river. The hand shower was the only let down but we were told that they are refurbishing the hotel in January 2014 and showers will be installed in all rooms. Very helpful staff - particularly reception

The restaurant is very expensive and not much choice of menu which is a shame but there are a lot of very nice restaurants in town which is only 5 minutes walk away.

Lovely location on the Tarn in pleasant and historic town. Restaurant excellent for dinner.

Room (deluxe twin) in need of refurbishment. Beds comfortable but small. WiFi free but a complicated nuisance with no access in room and in parts of the ground floor.

Set on the River Tarn location was the best thing about the hotel.

Hotel was tired and grubby. Carpet in bedroom was heavily stained, shower wasn't clean. Service in restaurant was slow, waiting staff not very friendly, food was average.

Excellent location, lovely double aspect restaurant with fine cuisine, very nice bedrooms, very helpful staff. The central historic part of the town, especially the abbey and cloisters, is delightful.

Bedroom carpet was a bit tired.
