Esta situado estratégicamente para visitar las playas del desembarco y sus dueños son encantadores. Buen desayuno y excelente restaurante para cenar.

La ubicación es excelente si lo que quieres es visitar la zona del Desembarco; Arromanches es un pueblo con cierto ambiente (restaurantes, tiendas...) y a parte puedes observar los restos del puerto que transportaron desde Inglaterra. Es económico y más que suficiente si lo que quieres hacer es dormir y poco más. El desayuno está muy bien y el personal muy agradable. Una noche cenamos en el hotel y nos encantó, aunque era un pelín caro. Sin duda, repetiríamos.

La habitación era pequeñita. El desayuno empieza a las 8h, demasiado tarde si quieres salir pronto de ruta.

Christian was a wonderful host. He greeted us upon our arrival and took us to our rooms. Accommodations were lovely and the location was excellent.

The welcome we had was second to none. The young lad who welcomed us spoke English and even carried my wife's bag to our room. I cannot put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

We had an incredible visit to Le Mulberry. We were a 2 min walk from Mulberry Beach, restaurants, shops and the tourist information center and only a short drive to other Normandy beaches. Christian was wonderfully hospitable, going out of his way to make our stay the best possible, with so many little touches to the hotel. We enjoyed a lovely free breakfast each day - the presentation was great and also were very happy with the full dinner menu. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Church bells were not a problem at all as were listed in other reviews. We all had so many good things to say and have already been recommending Le Mulberry to others. Thank you so much for a great weekend.

Room was on the smaller side for four adults but we have nothing to complain about. Thoroughly enjoyed of stay.

Room 8 a bit tired, especially en suite. The church bells at 7 in the morning.

The staff were very friendly and spoke better English than I do French. The family room was very large by normal French hotel standards and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well lit and the sink was huge! All nice and clean too!! Breakfast was included in the room rate. We initally chose Le Mulberry as at the time it held the top spot in booking.com's customer reviews. This spot was well deserved and we were not disappointed.

Breakfast wasn't great but then my breakfast standards are sometimes a little high to live up to! The church which is right next door also acted as a good alarm clock. That said though, the minuses were very small and I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Arromanches.

No kettle in the room and the double bed was very small.

We loved this hotel! The owner, Christian, was friendly and helpful. He had enough English to ensure that he understood our needs. His wife cooks the food which was (a) excellent and (b) very reasonable in price. There was also a younger lad who was keen to improve his (already good) English. The hotel was just 2 minutes walk from Mulberry Beach (and the majority of the town's restaurants) but was so peacefully quiet at night. Mulberry is more like a village than a town so there was virtually no traffic at night. Next to the hotel is a church and the church bells are silent from 10:01pm until 7:00am - when the faithful are called to worship and the rest of us are invited to wake up. Breakfast was also good - cereals, yogurts, croissants, bread, jams, cheese, orange juice and coffee (or a choice of many tea bags). As much as you could wish to eat.

I really cannot think of anything that we didn't like about the Mulberry. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Christian and his family - we even enjoyed the fact that the bells would wake us up - without having to set alarms on phones etc. I would not hesitate to go back there - or to recommend it to my friends. Arromanches is lovely, as is the surrounding area.

Friendly owners, clean rooms, nice atmosphere

We were not in the main building but the "block" of rooms round the corner, which was RIGHT next to the charming church, and unfortunately the 7am chimes on Sunday morning did wake us, and the 8am chimes, (we were up before the 9am chimes). Not too bad as we went back to sleep, but thought you should know. If you're in the main hotel building you won't hear them at all, and it is a nice hotel.

Location location location! An overnight stop before heading back to the UK via Caen. With the area steeped in military history it was the perfect setting in this quaint town. The hotel staff cannot do enough for you and the hospitality was amazing. The evening meal is a must - fantastic home cooking of a very high quality. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

The staff were fantastic here and the hotel itself is very nice. Location wise it is very close to the town centre and the restaurant is highly thought of, although we didn't eat there during our two night stay. There is a lounge area with piano that guests can play which is very nice and pleasant place to read up on the area or relax.

The room we had (No.2) was very small and for the price we were quite disappointed. We could barely walk around the bed!
