The staff where really kind and helpful and the breakfast was really good.
Good served breakfast, nice staff, easy to get to the city center by metro, RER and to airports. Small room and shower, but it is the same in all other parisian hotels.
charming room overlooking rooftop patio
smelled like laundry detergent.
This is a small hotel but our room and bathroom were very clean and of a reasonable size. We only stayed there for one night but found it quite comfortable. The biggest surprise was the quality of the meal we had for dinner that night. We were too tired to go elsewhere so we went to the hotels restaurant and had one of the best meals ( at a reasonable price) we have had in Paris. I had a very tasty and large tagine with beef and almonds, whilst my husband had a perfectly cooked medium/rare steak with fries and salad, also a large serving.
There is no lift, but we were on the first floor, so it was OK. If you are looking for a location close to Paris tourist areas then this may not be the place for you.
very small room, tiny shower with a door that malfunctioned, no elevator for 4 floors, poor soundproofing, broken curtain rod
Extremely polite and helpful staff. Within easy reach of Metro and tramway. Nice places to eat nearby. ATM and supermarket very close. Clean and comfortable rooms with good housekeeping service. Overall, a nice experience.
Very small rooms.
Friendly staff Good value for money
No elevator Showers very small
Well located for only airport and not too far on metro line to centre
No lift, but porter to help with bags
Good people, clean and quiet room
Not as good as the high rating suggests
Receptionists were really helpful, water pressure was good which allowed to take good baths and the room was cleaned.
The bathroom could be a little bigger. Apart from this i have no complaints.
Most helpful (and English speaking) staff. Newly redecorated, clean bathroom. Quiet street.
During a longer stay, more cupboard space would be helpful.
For me, the best thing about this hotel was the location. The neighborhood felt safe, there are restaurants, a small supermarket and a metro stop (Alesia) nearby.
The room was tiny, but comfortable enough. You get what you pay for, which was plenty for me.
staff is polite, room is clean, highly recommended for backpacker.
it takes about 10 mins to Metro station
Good location close to Metro station (20-30 min from city centre). Everything is clean.
Too much noise from other rooms. Quite small shower. Cleaners boring about leaving the room when checking out.
-It was quite and the staff was very helpful. -Nice breakfast -Close to metro, good neighbourhood
Easy transfer to the city center over RER or metro, clean, warm and cosy, rich continental breakfast. Room and shower ok in size but not for XXXL persons :). Baby bed ready and clean. Also restaurant available but did not try it. I recommend it.
Typical back-street Paris hotel. Good breakfast. I realised that I had left some earphones in the room, staff retrieved them for me. Quiet location, but nearby shops. Easily reached from Orly airport.
As others have said, there is no lift and the stairs are steep - but this adds character if you do not want to stay at a Mercure etc.
The room was clean and well located near two metro stations. Both within 10 minutes walk. 24 hour reception for this two star hotel was impressive. Would stay here again. Nice quiet location where you can dine with the locals.
Shower was a little cramped.
Hotel is located in a quiet street but only a ten minute walk from the Metro with direct access to the city centre. The adjoining restaurant was good value and very convenient. Nice breakfast.
As there is no lift, access to bedrooms is via a narrow staircase which makes it difficult with luggage. Bedrooms are very basic.
Great stаff, great breаkfast, good neighborhood. Very good value for money!
The staff at this hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was gleaming clean, and I felt very at east and safe there. It has fairly good transit connections (by Metro and RER) and is just on the outskirts of the "main attractions". However, it is well situated in that it is quite, near a lovely park, and some historic sites. They served me a lovely breakfast in the morning and were helpful answering practical questions.
It depends on what you want: you are not in the middle of an exciting neighbourhood and you do not have cafe-bars and restaurants nearby that are funky and exciting. What you have is a lovely, quiet neighbourhood.
The staff are really friendly. The breakfast was pretty nice. I think they have paid special attention to the quality of their baguette and croissant.
The fact that there's no elevator could be an issue for guests with heavy suitcases.
Room was very basic. The towels and sheets had bad smell. There was no elevator. The room was tiny. The first floor all close to the street noose and the doors were very thin so you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor.
Location is fine.
A little noisy outside.
Great value hotel. Small but clean room. Good Wifi. Located in a very nice neighbourhood, short metro ride to the center or pleasent 30 min walk. Supermarkets, laundry and cafes etc all within 1 min walk. Staff were quite friendly.
Room was a little hot, so had to open the window and got a bit of noise from a nearby pub but it didn't go on too late.
