Dubbed the Venice of the Languedoc this charming town at the base of Mont St Clair bustles with fishing boats. Have something to eat in one of the many restaurants that line the town's canal or sip a cool beer whilst watching the array of little boats, busy with their cargo. The Fisherman's Village is just 5 minutes on foot from the hotel. Don't miss the town's lighthouse, the last in France equipped with a lens made by the pioneering Augustin Fresnel.
Reception is closed from 13:00 - 17:00 and after 22:00. Please inform the hotel if you intend to arrive when the reception desk is closed.

The owner/receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. the room was clean, attractively furnished with AC. Near train station but on a quiet street from which you could walk easily to most restaurants. (to get to beaches a bus stop was round the corner and it only took about 10 mins ) The shower and toilet room within the bedroom had walls which did not reach ceiling. |

Centrally located with many restaurants nearby and only a 15 minute drive to the good beaches Parking close to the hotel was always a bit difficult if arriving late. To be fair however, there was street works going on right outside the hotel entrance which made the problem worse. |

Very friendly owners, very proud of their hotel, very keen that you enjoy your stay. Presented in an appealing way with quirky pieces. Large foyers on each floor as originally provided when built in the 20-30s. Quiet and cool during hot weather. I liked the hotel very much but the shower-room was a little too small; still great value for the price. |

We have stayed here before in January 2009. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for the railway station and more importantly close to our sons home. Can be noisy at times outside the hotel due to the bar nearby and the market early morning.It's advisable to keep windows closed in summer due to mosquitoes. |

Nice hotel for the fair price, close to the center, close to the huge free parking lot. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The only thing we did not like - design of the interior. There were two pretty heavy glass leaves on the wall right above our bed. It was not safety to attach them with just one screw very close to guest heads. |

Very friendly place, staff is friendly. Rooms very nicely decorated. Located just nearby the theatre in the heart of Sete not far from all restaurants. Do not go there with your dog. |

Staff are very friendly & helpful. The hotel is slightly unusual - but in a good way. Breakfast is good value and the breakfast room is decorated in a very distinctive style. Good location, close to the station and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and other interesting places. The room we had could have benefited from a bit of re-decoration. |

Buona la posizione, a due passi dal centro. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nella strada o in un vicino parcheggio libero.Il gestore è gentile e discreto, le camere sono essenziali ma carine e pulite. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel, mais également le fait que l'hôtel soit situé en plein centre ville, dans une rue calme. Le balcon était un peu endommagé. Apparemment des travaux devraient avoir lieu très prochainement. |
