Hotel Le Nautic  

Kamer met uitzicht op de "Port de Plaisir".. en parking aan het hotel of in de onmiddellijke nabijheid.

Werken waren aan de gang, regelmatig uitval van electriciteit en een lek in de badkamer. Hotel ligt ver uit het centrum van Arcachon, de restaurants en winkels, vooral in het laagseizoen is dit een probleem omdat nog vele zaken gesloten zijn.

Everything was pleasant, easy going & relaxing. Breakfasts were plentiful and good? All of the staff were cheery and helpful at all times, infact, above & beyond the 'call of duty '), on one occasion, the young lady on reception came out of the hotel to tell us we were waiting in the wrong place for the bus to town. . She was obviously watching & interested! . . a kind & lovely touch! Everyone spoke English and seemed to be happy doing so. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable

Overlooks the marina and there are restaurants and cafes nearby. It's situation is perfect for being near the sea front. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The lady checking us in was not at all friendly compared to the rest of the staff. Although the hotel is supposed to be dog friendly they said not for their best rooms! (although in the end they let us...which was a pointless fuss about nothing!). Also this is not a hotel to stay in if you want shopping as it is too far away! The curtains are too see-through and the wind-down blind makes you feel you are in prison. If you are wanting a sea-view you have a street lamp to contend with which is why thicker curtains would be better! There is only a very small lift!

Big room with fantastic view over the port and across the bay. Easy to get out of town. Lovely 20min walk along the boardwalk into town. Couple of good restaurants, a brasserie, 2 great patiseries and laundromat within 5 min walk. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

No meats at breakfast and only baguette and croissants for breads. Ran out of baguettes last morning there.

Nice, comfortable hotel, set back from the marina. A pleasant twenty minute walk along the beach (wooden promenade with lighting) to the Palais de Congres/Arcachon centre. The room was fine with a small balcony, and the windows have wind-down shutters which are a bonus at night. Standard continental breakfast (cereals, bread, croissants, etc). Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bedroom was comfortable, the services and breakfast were adequate. All the staff were friendly and agreeable. Happy to find that you did not charge extra for vehicle parking.

Booked a port view room which had a lovely sea view. About a 20 minute walk along boardwalk on beach to restaurants. Quiet location. Free onsite parking. Free wifi. Thought rate was a little expensive as it was room only. Liked arcachon and dune de plya.

All the staff were very helpfull and they made a special effort to get assistance when we needed a doctor . The 24 hour reception was a good point and ideal for a nightcap and car parking .

The distance from the town centre was a long walk approx 30mins so car was used more than normal.

Très bon accueil. Personnel à l'écoute et sympathique.Une contrainte bruit (travaux en cours) a parfaitement été gérée (changement de chambre). Hôtel propre et bien situé avec rapport qualité/prix tout à fait satisfaisant. Les chambres côté port offrent une très belle vue aux étages supérieurs.

Quelques places de parking en plus seraient les bienvenues.... c'est tout !...

Nous avons apprécier le parking, l'acceuil, la proximité du bassin et du port, le petit déjeuner.

Nous avons moins aimé, l'état des sanitaires. Non pas du point de vue hygiéne, mais à la chambre 103, le lavabo est déscélé, il n'y a pas de pare douche, l'eau chaude est longue à arriver, l'éclairage est insuffisant. Dans la chambre, la porte de l'armoire est enfoncée, la barre de penderie tordue. Domage, ces points de détail gachent un peu le reste de la prestation, qui est trés correcte.
