location was great Air conditioning wouldn't cool. It was very hot in Paris, and even with the thermostat set at five degrees Celsius for more than 24 hours, room was hot. Also, then came in and threw dirty towells on the floor, but did not replace them and did not empty the one very small trash can which overflowed |

The hotel is located conveniently very close to metro and RER stations (easy to travel to for example Eiffel and CDG) and views to Notre dame and Seine are nice. And there is lot of restaurants near-by. In general, hotel has a bit old fashioned feeling, which is nice. |

Location in Latin Quarter excellent. Close to RER, Notre Dame Cathedral, walking distance to most attractions. Very clean room. Perfect for mother and adult daughter visit! Free Internet. Entry flight of stairs might be difficult for some, especially with luggage. Internet in lobby free, however, no access in room. |

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Latin quarter and most main sites are within reasonable walking distance. It was easy to reach from CDG airport with the RER B train station exit 3 being only across the road from the hotel Even though there was a shower attachment in the bath no shower screen/curtain was present and this made showering awkward |

Very conveniently located, nice view of the cathedral and the Seine. Hotel and room were no-frills but perfectly comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are very thin and not sound-proof. The elevator is very small. The bathtub did not have a mount for the shower nozzle, nor a curtain, so taking a standing shower was impossible. |

The location is fantastic. We were looking directly at Notre Dame. Situation can be noisy, but the double-glazing works. |

Friendly english speaking staff, nice room with view to seine. No traffic noise heard in room when windows are shut. Corridors were narrow, but lift was in use so this was not a problem for us. We didn't see rubbish bin in our room, but we used our own plastic bags as bin and cleaner took it everyday. |

Location. Great proximity to transport, restaurants and all the famous sites within walking distance. No elevator to Reception on the first floor which made luggage transport very difficult. Expected an offer of assistance from person on duty which wasn't fortcoming - had to ask. |

Fantastic location over looking Notre Dame and just across the Road from the Number 3 (Notre Dame) exit from the St Michel RER/Metro station. The friendly staff were helpful and courteous and the room, whilst not palatial, was comfortable, clean and with a fantastic aspect. s With heavy luggage the entrance up a flight of stairs would prove difficult for some and impossible for others however there is a small lift to all floors once in the hotel. |

Convenience of the location. Room was away from external noise No tea/coffee making vacility. Walls are paper thin. No proper shower facility, we prefer a full shower to a bath. The bathroom was just thinly partitioned from the room, so just as well we knew each other! Description said the room overlooked the "courtyard", all we could see was other windows and the external air con ducts. |
