Location was amazing

The drunk french people at 3'oclock most mornings (nothing to do with the hotel)

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. Lots of snow at the resort. Weather really good.

The room was tiny. The bathroom was dated. No double glazing on the windows so was woken up at 4 o'clock every morning by drunken people shouting. Two single beds pushed together and weren't even the same height. The extractor fans in the bathroom was full of settled dust. The main light didn't even work so only had two side lights. No après ski bars worth going to (go to Austria).

Proximity to Ski lifts

My opinion as a former licencing officer:- The owner/operator of the associated Bar is stealing drinks from his customers on a daily and regular basis by advertising 250Ml and 500 Ml drinks and deliberately supplying vastly under sized glasses. It is apparently a well used system which when queried, the bar staff appear trained to look confused and simply put a small glass on the counter next to the larger one to show a difference as if you as the customer are stupid. The fact is that the larger glass holds nothing like 500ml. I tested it myself with a known source. One third at least is lost every drink purchased. This is called theft and abuse of trust in any language. I was told by hotel management that it was pointless to try and report it to the local authorities as "people round here are immune from action and correction. They even build balconies at night here he said, its that easy to avoid local authority control". So, what about visitor and tourist protection from common fraudsters like this within advertised and trusted hotels? Where is it? Apparently the money generated locally is too important to bother. If the drinks weren't expensive enough they steal what you pay for as well! Never again until the authorities take proper control. We had to use the bar next door where they have honest marked glasses (not tulip shaped con trick glasses) and they don't need to insult your intelligence with shoulder shrugging and deception when challenged around the locals, including Ski instructors, whom also appear oblivious that they are also this owners victims. Unless of course those instructors are well aware where they are taking their student whom trusted them. Is this a well known local scam? Or just dim locals introducing victims unwittingly and a Bar owner who should loose his licence to educate him what fraud and honest trading means.

Staff were great! Location perfect. Breakfast had everything. Would defintely go back !

Excellent location close to skilifts. Pleasant staff. Very cheerful bar for apres ski. The staff helped getting luggage up the narrow staircases.

Nothing, except don't order fondu in the restaurant.

Room very small, facilities very poor. Dirty and decor very tired

The staff in the hotel are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant, very close to the ski lift, and to many restaurants and shops.

Good value, central hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

A bit noisy given its location on a main road in the centre of Courchevel and a very popular bar, L'Equipe, downstairs.

Good location - in the center of Courchevel 1850, very close to the center and to the slopes -200 m.

In the morning abt 6, tracks collected garbage with a crazy noize. Room was really small- but what to expect for this money..

Great price great location great bar.

Good central location in Courcheval, 5min walk to slopes. L

Needs updating especially the bathroom - quite mouldy around ceiling.

The service personal was very friendly and super helpful-exceptually great customer care. The breakfast buffet costs 15€ on top but is worthwhile to take as they offer indeed a great varity of food.

The rooms are very small.

aucun confort, propreté des chambres laissant à désirer (bouche ventilation, armoire salle de bains sales, vitres sales dans chambres et salle de déjeuner. Surprenant de constater un tel laisser aller! c'est dommage. Sans doute un management défaillant...

La qualité de l'accueil et la disponibilité des gens. Les trés bons petits déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement central, idéal.

Le serveur du restaurant et la qualité du diner très long et moyen au niveau qualité.

Le bruit (bar fermé à 2h la nuit) + beaucoup de circulation dans la rue Aucune isolation donc bruits extérieurs et intérieurs Très peu dormi sur les 3 nuits vieillot et chambre minuscule

Very adequate clean hotel, location, Cirille was very helpfull.

Uncomfortable soft bed, noise from truck at 5 am.
