Location on the lake. Historical building Wedding disturbed our stay and someone setting off the fire alarm at 02.50am was a problem. Staff were somewhat unhelpful and a little snobby overall.

Unfotunately we got a small room with a very small windowand it wasnt a special price as all lake view rooms were 130 euros at this time of year.H owever the hotel and grounds were very special.

Tout etait magnifique. Interieur, confort proprete,design, piscine... La gastronomie, que ce soit petits dejeuners, dejeuners ou diners: tout etait excellents et bien presentes. L'exteririeur, paradisiaque avec les rhododendrons en fleurs, les pelouses ... Seul petit bémol:L'acceuil...Avions roulés la journée avec une personne malade et en arrivant entendre:pas de place ce soir pour le diner!!!NON Pas au palace de Menthon... Tout s'est arrangé ensuite et notre envie: y retourner.

Propretée des chambres, parking couvert , parc, très belle vue Très déçu de ne pas avoir pû dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel: trop petite capacité d'accueil par rapport au nombre de chambre: complet!! Alors que nous avions choisi cette hôtel pour son restaurant avec sa vue sur le lac!!

D'un bon rapport qualité prix, la situation géographique est exceptionnelle. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Piscine très grande et agréable. La vue sur le lac et le chateau de Menthon Saint-Bernard valent vraiment la peine. Les petites chambres sont des suites divisées en deux et la séparation constituée d'une grande cloison marron assombrit la chambre, la décoration serait à revoir.

La situation, la vue, le petit déjeuner, la piscine ouverte jusqu'a 23h, le dressing très pratique dans la chambre, l'accueil, et tout simplement le charme des lieux... La chambre un peu petite à mon goût. Il s'agissait d'une suite de 2 chambres séparées par une cloison amovible, ce qui du coup donne un effet un peu étriqué à la pièce. Dommage car le reste des prestations est impeccable.

beaucoup de points positifs sauf une petite absence de chauffage (disons un peu léger en cette période exceptionnellement froide), par contre, ma réservation était à 140€ ET il m'a été facturé 170 € pour cette chambre, d ou peut venir la différence entre votre confirmation et l'établissement ?. merci de votre réponse très respectueusement,

Le personnel de l'hotel est vraiment très charmant. Très bon petit déjeuner. La chambre n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de l'hotel, style vieillot, murs très sals, salle de bain et toilettes "chip" et pas entretenus.

Nous avons aimé : Son architecture grandiose. Son cadre avec son parc calme et reposant. Sa piscine avec vue sur le lac et en plus bien chauffée, très agréable par temps froid. Son personnel très accueillant et à la fois discret. Son restaurant gastronomique. Le plaisir de se réveiller le matin avec la vue sur le lac et les montagnes dans un cadre hors du commun. Hôtel idéal pour un séjour romantique.
