The views are spectacular! On-site breakfast was convenient. The rooms were very spacious. Rooms need updating. This could be renovated into a 5-star luxury hotel, with its views and structure! |

the peace and quiet , although this was probably something to do with the time of year that we visited, between the end of the skiing and the beginning of the summer seasons. |

The Food and Staff were amazing, so accommodating.The Hotel was very peaceful and what a view!!! A good 8km outside Annecy.The rooms are a little small, but the rooms are very clean and again, what a view!!Truly beautiful place.We would highly recommmend this hotel to anyone wanting to sample a very special little peace of heaven on earth. |

The lake view was the best part. We stayed on the 3rd floor and found the room very good. Parking was not a problem. The looks of the hotel and the location are excellent. The drive to Annecy center was about 20 mins. It was not easy to get a drink or food during the day. The resturant was closed in the evening. Breakfast was over priced. |

The position and the view. Gardens extensive and well maintained. The hotel is solely geared to seminars and conferences.Other guests had to dine in a tent down by the lake and rely on transport in a golf buggy!Breakfast ran till 10.00 but most cheese,meat and fruit had gone by 9.10 and not replaced.Hotel only apologetic but took no action.At 15 Euros per head this is unacceptable.Only go here if your company is paying and then you get to dine upstairs! |

La tranquillité du lieu, le cadre Lors de l'arrivée, la question n'est pas posée de savoir si on va diner au restaurant de l'hôtel... Cependant les places sont limitées, et il faut donc bien penser a faire cette demande, car la réception ne l'évoque pas |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig gebouw met magnifieke tuin. Hadden hoekkamer op 3e etage met fantastisch uitzicht over het meer richting Annecy en aan de zijkant op het kasteel. Ruime kamer met groot balkon, nieuwe badkamer, apart toilet en inloopkast(je). Gratis parkeren op het terrein of in de ondergrondse parking. Restaurant le Viu gesloten; men moest daarom buitenom naar Marrokaans ingericht zomerrestaurant aan waterkant (overigens wel heel sfeervol bij goed weer). Geen aparte leveranciersingang achterom zodat al vroeg kans is op lawaai aan de voorkant van het hotel. |

Le cadre magnifique, la vue sur le lac, la taille spacieuse de la chambre, le restaurant panoramique. 2 choses négatives au cours des 2 nuits passées à l'hôtel. Le 1er jour, nous avons été réveillés à 9 h par la débroussailleuse et la "machine qui aspire les feuilles". Le 2ème jour, nous n'avons pas pu nous doucher, car il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude ! |

Tout, il mérite 4 étoiles...Le site est magnifique.La mini suite superbe. La restauration est excellente ( 5 étoiles ). Les prix sont raisonnables. .La vue sur le lac est unique.Week-end a refaire au plus vite Il manque un petit bar à la réception. |

La situation exceptionnelle avec vue sur Lac depuis la chambre, la piscine intérieure et le restaurant de style marocain Dommage qu'il faille à chaque fois descendre l'entiereté des escaliers en extérieur pour accéder à la piscine couverte, au restaurant etc pas d'ascenseur possible ni d'accès via l'intérieur à la piscine |

Locatie,ligging,kamers Er is geen plaats om 's avonds ergens aan de bar te zitten, bar is nl. in het restaurant en als daar gegeten wordt kun je er niet terecht. Je moet nogal wat trappen af voordat je aan het meer bent... |
