All guest rooms and suites come with satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access and safe. The Palace des Neiges also features a restaurant and bar. I requested many weeks ago to have flowers in my room upon arrival for my girlfriend and the flowers were not ready. You sent them late. Also I requested a ski monitor for 3 days and you did have it but you solved.

Great location! No additional charges for late check out! Wi-Fi didn't work 2 days, then speed was incredible low. Poor water flow in a shower. As a whole the price doesn't correspond to quality!

Personeel/ligging hotel/kwaliteit voeding kamer.U hebt ons het hotel als 5 sterren verkocht en het is een 4 sterren L, Prijs kamer ,eten, en vooral wijn is zwaar overdreven.

Nus avons particulièrement apprécié la situation idéale et l'excellence du personnel. Nous avons déploré un manque évident de l'entretien du batiment, par exemple, au niveau du balcon (non déneigé, certaines lames de sol en très mauvais état et pas de siège)
