It was quiet but mainly that was because of the time of year. We prefer quiet locations. It was our first experience of the Royan coastline and we will be choosing an hotel with a better view of the coastline the next time. Too expensive for the location and time of year. The food / main meals in the dining room could be improved as I found my steak tough to eat. 10 euros for a breakfast is far too high for what is served and should be included in the weekend pricing. |

It was upper 30s centrigrade when we stayed, so the room was very hot overnight (there was no air con, but a fan). I'm not complaining as we got what we payed for and were pleased, but for others it may have been a struggle. A bigger window may have helped. |

The room was nice.We were at the front and had a nice balcony. Staff were friendly. Overall the hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a little expensive at 10 euro per person |

Restaurant staff very helpful and polite. Location very good. Rooms need air conditioning in summer, not just fan. Prefer substantial shower not just hand shower. |

not a a, lot Staff were good Food was cold, could not get a drink (drink or tea) in the afternoon until 5.30pm considering everything else was closed all day thought this was a bit off. Also if I had booked last minit could have saved 22E a day on breakfasts!!. |

La proximité des centres d'intérêt de la région.la déco du restaurant.le buffet petit déjeuner varié et complet. Dysfonctionnemt d'une alarme incendie à 6 heures du matin:aucune excuse de la part du personnel et surtout: pas de ventilation ds la salle d'eau = humidité et odeurs non acceptables pour une catégorie 3 * pendant deux jours , malgré réclamations auprès de la réception.Personnel restaurant peu attentif aux règles d'hygiène élementaires. |

J'ai bien aimé l'acceuil, avec une proposition de surclassement en chambre avec balcon à la clé. Le restaurant (Le Flamant Rose) : Nous nous sommes fait refuser une table à 21h15. Trop tard selon le responsable. |

on a apprécié la proximité du zoo qu'on voulait visiter avec les enfants, et celle de l'océan ; la chambre familial est plaisante. le personnel de service au restaurant peu attentif, peu attentionné, mais carte et menus corrects. Des menus enfants plus variés qu'ailleurs. |

le cadre la chambre non faite entre deux nuits, les serviettes non changées,le seche cheveux il en manquait la moitié,pas canal plus,que justifie un tel prix 95 euros par nuit? |

situation à proximité des commerces, la chambre en mezzanine pour les enfants et le petit balcon arboré d'où l'on entend la fontaine une odeur désagréable en arrivant dans la chambre et le prix bien trop élevé de la chambre certes mais aussi du parking privé et du petit déjeuner. De plus les prix que vous annocez et ceux mentionnés dans la chambre ne sont pas les bons!!! |

l'accueil est bien ,mais la restauration et la qualite des chambres est insuffisante. les chambres manquent de raffinement, trop de monde, mais c'est l'ete.cette etape etait pour effectuer un repos apres un retour de voayge. |

Les plages de l'Atlantique. La chambre était sale, surtout la mezzanine, et malgré une demande expresse à la femme de chambre son état n'a pas changé ! Par ailleurs le personnel peut présent. |
