The location suited us, it was easy to find and also close to the motorway. Excellent breakfast. The shower could have been better. |

It was great value for money and was well situated close to the autotoute making it quick to commence our journey next day The map on the website was very poor with the hotel being situated a mile away from where the map indicated |

The staff were helpful and polite. The brasserie, part of the complex, was also friendly, and the food and service were good. In response to a special diet, they produced what I wanted quickly and without question. The rooms were very clean and serviced properly each day. They were also air-conditioned - very necessary in temperatures of 30º +. The décor was such that the hotel could have been transported to 1980s East Berlin, and fitted in without comment. The car parked next to ours was broken into overnight. By its situation, it is impossible to have security gates on the park. Finding the hotel from the centre of Clermont-Ferrand was difficult! |

free parking, good soundproofing (couldnt hear the traffic on a nearby main road) and really friendly helpful staff; the young lady on reception was warm and welcoming. also good hanging space, full length mirror and separate wc the sleeping area of the room was very small and although the room was clean there was a lingering odour of cigarettes everywhere. the heating in our first room didnt work and when we moved to another room the heater had no controls and fell off the wall! |

de kamer was groot, met in ons geval een tweepersoons- en eenpersoonsbed. kennelijk was er niet op onze komst gerekend (gezien het bordje "complet" en de dichte deur. Na herhaaldelijk bellen werd er geopend, er werd niets gezegd, en na enig zoeken kregen we de kamersleutel en de code voor de achterdeur. Geen excuus niets. Op de bedden lagen dekens met gaten in de lakens. Je kon er doorheen kijken! |

Op het eerste zicht zag het er een beetje verwaarloosd uit. Maar eenmaal op je kamer viel alles nogal best mee. Goed bed en propere lakens. Bij aankomst op de kamer valt een geur op die moeilijk te plaatsen is, is het van de gebruikte poets middelen of is het van te lang gesloten te staan? Maar na een kwartiertje de venster te hebben opgezet, was de geur verdwenen. Wel heel vriendelijke mensen en behulpzaam, nog een voordeel is dat men er s' avonds nog iets kon eten aan normale prijzen. Ook het ontbijt was ruim voldoende aangezien men zich volledig zelf kon bedienen. Al met al een meevaller. |
