Slightly unreasonable checkin times

It was a very convenient "no-frills" 1 night stop-over driving through France, close to the motorway. Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

The hotel decor is a bit tired and could do with a makeover - the bathroom in particular. The hotel restaurant was closed for most of august! However there is a large complex close by which has ample restaurants - sadly, we found we could not walk to this, but it was only a 2 minute drive. (We couldn't find a safe path - only dangerous fast roads to walk along or cross, which we found unsuitable with young children).

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ideal for an overnight stop.

It was comfortable and easy to find off the main road.

Nowhere to eat dinner.

As the old saying goes " people make the difference". Although the restaurant and bar were closed for the month of August and restaurants in the immediate vicinity were also closed the English speaking receptionist went out of her way to organize for us pizza delivery. We very much appreciated this after a long days drive. We found breakfast supplied to be adequate for the price. The manager on duty for breakfast service /check out was also very very friendly. Parking on site was very easy and access to and from the autoroute (a10) likewise was easy. The hotel was "budget" but clean and quiet.

Disappointing that the restaurant was closed especially as it is in a light industrial area and nothing close by. However we were notified at the time of booking that this was the case.

Reasonable price hotel and facilities. Okay for one night stop on travels.

Location near business park.

The room was comfortable, with the little fridge a bonus. The toilets were clean, and for the first time in many years, the sheets were sparking white without any stranger's hair! Well done! For the price, we expected just those extra things. But we slept very well (very quiet) and despite the very runned down appearance on the outside, we were satisfied.

On our arrival, the receptionist was very smiley but couldn't speak a word of english. She forgot to provide us with the password for the door and the wi-fi and therefore, we could not fully enjoy our stay there. The carpet should have been hoovered better and on the tv... An english speaking channel could have been added.

Hotel receptionist was very pleasent and very helpful.

After arriving late at 7pm after a long 8.5hr drive we had our rooms and showered then left to see where we were and grab a bite to eat. On returning to the hotel at 10.15pm looking forward to a few beers before bed we were told sorry but the bar was shut even thogh the barman was still in there with a couple of other guys. Not happy. After complaining to the receptionist that we were guests at the hotel we were served a couple of small beers and a bottle of wine for the 4 of us. This was better but we were still refused entry into the bar and haqd to sit at reception with our drinks even though the other guys remained in the bar not impressed

Very run down everything very old and worn no onsite facilities bar and restaurant not open situated on an out of town industrail estate no staff at night

Bien que l'hôtel soit vétuste, nous étions impressionnés par la propreté de l'hôtel!! Irréprochable !! C'est un plaisir de pouvoir dire que l'hôtel n'a pas besoin d'être moderne pour être propre et croyez moi çà brillait!!

Les espaces dans les chambres sont petits avec des portes partout donc, il fallait fermer une porte avant de pouvoir ouvrir un autre etc., Quand on se déplace avec difficulté ceci est un problème. La douche aurait pu être attaché au mur mais il y a de l'eau chaude en abondance.

Il y avait des moisissures sur tout le pourtour du bac de doudhe !!!!!!!!!!!
