Very inexpensive, clean room. Helpful, family run, live-in staff. Small room with sink. Shower downstairs. Toilets over utilized. Partly semi-permannet housing for workers. No elevator.

Staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in late and leave my bag after check out so as to not carry it while walking around. Room was small but so was the price!

The staff was nice, although we spend only one night there and did a late check in and a early check out. We chose a room with shower an shared bathroom. The room and the shower were clean. The lightbulb in the shower burned out, which was a little unpleasant. The shared bathroom wasn't really clean, but kind of okay. The bigger problem was that in the morning it was really dirty, and in the afternoon, as we came to get our luggage, they still hadn't clean it, which shows a lack of cleanliness.

Reasonable price for 29 euros; small but comfortable room. Manager and staff very friendly and helpful. Adequate 4 euro breakfast with large coffee, juice, roll, croissant, yoghurt, delivered to room. Convenient location to visit city with frequent tram stop to city and station close to hotel. As with many hotels, the rooms facing street inevitably have traffic noise if double-glazed windows left open in summer, although inaudible if closed. Toilets are in corridor, but then it is a budget hotel after all. Some furniture overdue for replacement.

There was wash hand basin in the shared toilet, which is not hygienic. The ratio of wc to guests is not good. Not a successful stay.

Great hotel if you want to spend most of your budget on the champagne. Nice room, good bed and super friendly staff. You can park your car for free very close to the hotel and the location is in walking distance from the city centre (there is also a tram stop next to the hotel.) Oh and there is free wifi in the hotel as well. We stayed for 6 nights, but although we got clean towels every other day, the room could be kept a little better (changing the bedsheets, emptying the bin, cleaning the sink). Also the church next to the hotel starts clinging its bells every hour from 7 am on.

The hotel is not in the downtown area, but it's actually a fairly easy walk across the tracks to the main part of town. Parking is also fairly easy; there is a large paying lot next to the hotel (free from 19-7h) and sometimes free spaces farther down the street. Tram line 50 yards away. Grocery store right around the corner. Very hot water. You get what you pay for, so read the fine print. I thought I would have a room with shower and toilet, but it turns out that there was a shower but the toilet was communal and down the hall.I Don't think there are any rooms with toilets. If you're squeamish about where you do your bodily functions, then this is not the hotel for you. The sound-proofing is also not great. However, it is clean enough, has free wifi, and was worth the 37 euros I paid.

Whilst not being central, the location was in walking distance of the main town and close to MUMM's champagne cellar. I booked the hotel under the impression it would cost £29 as advertised, but the payment including tax and the exchange rate that booking.com must have calculated it upon equated to 37.80 euros. On top of this, the 'free parking' location was being used for a music event and the hotel instructed me to use the public car park which cost an additional 7 euros which they were not prepared to pay on my behalf. The room smelt of stale smoke and the flashing blue advertising sign belonging to the hotel shone through our window all night. We paid extra for the shower, which was good but ran out of hot water very quickly. Whilst the room included the shower, the toilet facility was a shared one and didn't include a wash basin. All in all, it served its purpose but was disappointing and expensive compared to the budget hotel we stayed in in Paris.

The location is not too far from the main station. There is a beautiful cathedral right in front. The price is perfect if you are looking to stay a few nights. The manager was extremely helpful with all our needs. We may have only stayed one night, but it was convenient. Only thing is not having your own shower/toilet. Wasn't too much of a hassle because we were there one night, but if you are planning to stay longer, might need to get used to it.

The hotel is OK for its price: its clean but it smell duff (old hotel smell), the staff is very friendly but they forgot our breakfast 1 day, forgot towels, etc. Not an exceptional hotel, but definetely good value for money.
