Everything!! Nothing to complain about. Hotel, facilities & staff were amazing!!!
Convenient and located close to train stations.staff were very friendly and accommodating,
The weather was very cold and the aircon main control is regulated by the hotel so I could not turn the heat up
Free wifi. Proximity to Nation Metro/RER stations. Proximity to good restaurants and bars. Helpful staff.
Breakfast was very limited considering price.
Room was not cleaned and this is very annoying.
Great location. This was a great hotel. Very comfortable. Was surprised to have a little kitchen including coffee and tea. Totally met our expectations.
Convenient for centre of Paris and EuroDisney, good price
Couldn't work out the central heating
Lovely room overlooking the patio. Kitchenette facilities included fridge, sink, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities which were in a separate room where the extra bed was
Everything was perfect
Proximity to Metro
the distribution of the room was OK, it was a two bedroom with a small kitchen...when you come in the room gives you a good impression.
The bed, the pillows, the customer service, the location, the price, the attitude of the staff, did I say price?
Courtyard with accommodation peeling off of it. Tasteful renovation. Daily free newspapers
Carrying luggage up spiral staircase to access rooms as elevators would have been impossible.
Great staff, helpful and kind. Hospitality, cleanliness and location are perfect. near Nation that has very good restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room had a separate adjoining bedroom with TV. Room was spacious, clean and quiet and had cooking facilities with sink. The young man on reception was very polite and efficient and informed me of the car park. He took me to look at the car park to make sure my car would be able to fit down the ramp to the parking bays. The car park is underground and accessed from the road at the back of the hotel. The hotel is a short walk along to the metro at Nation and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby. Unable to comment on breakfast as we did not have this there. The staff were very friendly and polite and made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay there again.
Great location, charming small hotel. Rooms fine for the price (by Parisian standards). Staff mostly friendly.
The WiFi was dreadful - clocking slower than a dial up a phone line (remember those?). Made it impossible even to read emails at normal times. I had to wait until after midnight to get up to 100kb!! Took ages to send each email. The front desk's response was "Oh there must be a lot of people using the WiFi - try the PC here". You can't buy faster access either. The PC at front desk had such ancient software it couldn't even run gmail properly and was still abysmally slow. This makes the hotel impossible for business travellers and probably for most tourists too. Broadband WiFo is no longer a luxury. Shame, as otherwise a nice little hotel in a good location.
- High Speed Wi-Fi. - Clean Rooms. - Amazing Spaces. - Friendly-Environment. - Great staff assistance.
That the payment dindt went well. They took the money from the credit card while we made an arrangement to pay at the desk.
The size and comfort of the bed. We asked for a junior suite thinking our daughter would be sleeping on a sofa bed in the same room, however she had her own room with a TV and there was a small kitchenette as a added bonus. Free WiFi.
The price of the breakfast which prevented us from trying the breakfast.
Location and the fact there was parking available. Staff were very good and the two small green spaces are a pleasant find in Paris.
Price of Breakfast was ridiculous...I live in France and 18 Euros is over the top. The Hotel should point out that the Parking is extremely narrow so larger vehicles will not easily get in.
Clean rooms and frequent changing of towels and bed linen
Spiral staircase to room was badly lit and potentially hazardous in the rain
It's a good hotel , situated right next to the metro station Nation ( approx. 300 m), with some small indoor gardens, with a great staff at the reception, but otherwise .... problems . We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in the building Debussy ( which you get by changing 2 lifts and stairs ascending - descending ... but it's ok after all ) and I can say that there were still problems from accommodation.Pressure and water temperature = excellent ! Kitchenette was acceptable . The heat can be given at your discretion , have an electric heater . Bath items changed when it ends and towels . So .... about 7.5 --- 8 .
We waited almost an hour to give us a room for obscure reasons ( room was not ready .... computer at reception troublemaker ... ) and although at the desk and they apologized , I kind of started with left. I mean from the 5 nights I rested really only two ! The walls are very very thin ( can hear EVERYTHING !) And water system is built so that if when neighbors use the bathroom we heard loud noises in my bathroom ! The bathroom had no window or fan ! Cleanliness left to be desired ... someday , when we got back in town, I found pajamas on floor, a slipper under the bed , etc .... I chose to make the announcement with " do not disturb " to not one else in the room ...So .... about 7.5 --- 8 . (we has some Spanish family near us....they make a lot of noise in the midnight !!!--shame !!)
Staff were brilliant
Close to metro and supermarket. The small kitchen helps a lot. The rooms are tiny but you cannot expect a large room in Paris. Pleasant "garden".
Most of bedrooms have a door to the next one - really useful if you're family and want a shared room but not so good if you're a couple. The cleaning staff is really focused in cleaning, even if you're in the room - it can become a problem because they just speak French. In 2 nights the bathroom water wasn't hot.
Quiet room, good beds, two pillows per bed, coffee&tea making facilities, kitchenette, patios, location.
The heating was a bit strange, had to manipulate the device itself. Breakfast was too expensive to try out.
staff very friendly - we arrived early and they offered to get a room ready straight away and tool our bags up for us. self catering facilities were useful (although we only used the kettle!) very comfortable.
room a little on the small side
Nice location and staff, close to Metro. 20 min by Metro to the center.
