Fire alarm at 1.30 am set off by people smoking. Fire exits in Debussy building locked.

The suit was nice with two separate room, very good for staying with kids. The inner courtyard was nice as well.

No elevator

The location of the hotel was very good and staff were helpful. It was quite quiet

The rooms were small and pokey and the bathroom was not very clean. The breakfasts were very expensive (14 euros for a continental breakfast). I did not feel it offered value for money as there were no facilities to speak of.

Cold staff :-( That's the only point I didn't like.

absolutely nothing !

Nice rooms, very clean. Quite large for a Parisian hotel, close to a metro station and to many restaurants. Staff were wonderful, very helpful.

The Courtyard

The bed....it was too hard.

Modern, clean ,functional, well equipped room, good furnishings.

Hotel lacks any charm or character. Breakfast really overpriced and served in a horrible airless room. Bedroom was very small, I expected more for the money. Couldn't walk around the double bed. Best Western must start extending these rooms quickly.

There was a small kitchen in the room so I could save money for dinner. The nearest metro station, Nation, allows you to access everywhere as it has 4 metro lines and 1 RER line.

Nice little courtyard in the middle

We found this hotel to be great! The staff at the front desk were very helpful, the room was a nice size, we really enjoyed the courtyard where we could sit and relax. While in the courtyard you could not hear the traffic on the busy street outside the hotel, it was like a little oasis. We feel it was good value for the money. We enjoyed the kitchenette in the room as it saved on buying breakfast. It was about a 20 min walk to the Bastille and the metro.

We felt the breakfast in the breakfast room was overpriced at 18 euros each. The room was a little dark and could use more lighting but we did not spend a great deal of time in it.

Nice room + bathroom, clean and new; free wifi; nice view to a little inner garden. Mini-kitchen, we did not use it, but still - impressing.

We left keys (entrance cards) at the reception. When we got back before midnight noone was there; so we took keye ourselves... meaning anyone passing by could have take them with room number labelled.

The rooms were large by Paris standards. There were also a couple of very nice courtyards. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We stayed in room 47, which was quite large and overlooked one of the courtyards so was fairly quiet.

The hotel is located within a short walk of the Metro so it is convenient for getting around Paris as well as exploring the Bastille and Marais Quarter. The hotel has a pretty internal, central courtyard which is really peaceful and a nice contrast to the hotel's busy main road frontage. The standard of cleanliness in the bedroom and general areas is good.

The hotel advertises that nearly all the bedrooms have a view onto the internal courtyard. We must have had one of the few rooms that didn't! Instead the bedroom window overlooked the flat roof of the adjacent block and the flank wall of nearby building. If we were to stay here again we would request a view onto the courtyard. The room was on the small side, but manageable, Annoyingly, the coffee / milk sachets in the room were not always replaced so we had to ask at reception for more supplies. They, rather begrudgingly, told us to help ourselves from the breakfast room. Very glad our reservation was on a room only basis. The hotel charges 18 euros each for breakfast. The rolls / croissants etc didn't look that good and the breakfast room was windowless and dull. There are lots of bars / cafes nearby where you can get coffee and a croissant much cheaper and in much nicer surroundings.

Le personnel très à l'écoute et très sympa. La situation géographique proche de la nation. Un service à la hauteur des étoiles. C'est génial

La literie à ressort (dommage) et les wc non indépendant dans la chambre (nous étions 3). Mais à côté de tous le points positifs, ce n'est pas grave

La situation de l'hôtel est bien placer et le personnel très acceuillant et toujours serviable. Rapport qualité prix très bien et au niveau du bruit aussi très bien

La prix du petit déjeuner trop élevé.

L'accueuil mou et peu souraint des réceptionnistes la demande de deux lits doubles dans la suite qui n'a pas été prise en compte: un lit double et un lit simple
