Very comfortable room. Calm and great view of the Hossegor lake, superb location. Free and fast wifi. Excellent and friendly service. Free and ample parking directly at the hotel.

Lo que más nos ha gustado es que admiten mascotas, nosotros viajamos con una y por eso lo elijimos. Todo muy bien sólo una pega que la tv no transmite el canal internacional, al no saber el idioma es un problema pues te quedas sin información.

Des gens charmants, soucieux d'une bonne arrivée dans l'établissement. Tout était parfait. Petit bémol, le petit déjeuner, pas la hauteur de l'établissement. Ils vont y remédier !!

J'aime particulièrement la vue imprenable sur le lac (couchers de soleil), le calme et le confort de cet établissement. C'est la 4ème fois que j'y viens avec mon épouse. L'hotel se trouve à proximité immédiate du centre ville et des boutiques. Juste pour info, l'hotel n'a plus de restaurant sur place.

Il s'agit de notre deuxième séjour à l'hôtel par choix, ayant fortement apprécié notre première visite au même moment l'année dernière. Nous y affectinnons le calme, la discrétion, le confort et les services. Le personnel est agréable et serviable. Dommage que le restaurant soit définitivement fermé, mais celui du Lacotel est tout près et sa carte gastronomique juste délicieuse. Le prix du petit-déjeuner trop élevé.

On était dans cet hôtel avec nos 4 enfants et l'accueil a toujours été très courtois et chaleureux. Il est presque certain que nous allons y retourner. La mention moyen ne concerne que le lit trop dur et les oreillers de mauvaise qualité

Bravo pour l'accueil, personnel très sympathique et attentionné. Chambre très agréable et spacieuse, très bonne literie. Le seul bémol pourrait concerner le pommeau de douche, mauvais débit peut-être du au calcaire. Le niveau est très élevé donc on est plus pointilleux.
