Location in Place des VOSGES is awesome. Room was big. Toilet and bath separated and placed opposite in the room. In the toilette room it was not possible to wag hands.

Excellent location, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast. The only thing that I didn't like was the price. It seems to me that in Paris it is getting impossible to get excellent lodging for the fair amount of money. But be frankly I didn't regret for any eurocent that I spent for this hotel.:-).

Location was perfect, breakfast excellent, room delightful On arrival, was told that we would have to pay be pay an extra €50 per night as there were 3 of us in the room. They said that amount quoted by Booking.com website and confirmed by them as total amount payable was incorrect. We were furious. We had clearly advised there would be 3 of us when we booked and refused to pay any more than we had been quoted. The third 'bed, was already in the room and was actually a sofa. eventually sorted out but not the best way to start our holiday!!!

Conveys the armoshere of staying in an 18th century private home, with elegant comfortable furniture. The wifi quality and functionaliy despite being'free' left a lot to be desired.

It's comfort and service all the way! Le Pavillon is ideally located in the heart of the Marais at the centre of the most beautiful square in Paris - Place des Vosges. It's hidden away from the arcade, through tall glass doors and a lush garden courtyard, so that the other the tourists and passers-by keep out. You feel like you are in a special place. All the staff go the distance in meeting your needs, the concierge is charming and efficient. This was my third stay and, although it's a splurge, the corner one bedroom suite with four tall windows is like a sprawling apartment. Other rooms are a more modest in size but luxuriously appointed in deep rich tones and maximum comfort. If I need to be in the Marais I will always return here when coming to Paris. Hardly a complaint when staying in this cozy jewel of a hotel but once my tea tray from room service took over 12 minutes! After four days at this hotel you get used to speedy solutions to all your requests so you get spoiled if something is less than instant. Standard category rooms are softly lit. The two lobby-lounges transform into breakfast rooms and are more conducive to a leisurely meal than a speedy American-style breakfast. Business folks looking for take-out coffee won't find it here.

This hotel offers superior accommodation in a beautiful location. Our 2 level room was stunning and had all the comfort and features that you could ask for. The service matched the room and you could not fault the staff in their friendliness and attention to detail. The location is one of our favourite places in Paris. All in all it made for a magical stay. The only criticism I could level was the cost of breakfast. Even given the level of accommodation the breakfast was over priced. Especially when there is a magnificent cafe just outside the hotel door, not cheap but nothing compared to the hotel.

The ambience and the location away from tourist areas. The room was comfortable. The breakfast and service was excellent. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly especially making reservations with restaurants, calling for taxis etc. The location in an old part of Paris near Victor Hugo's residence and the park across the street in the square was like the Paris of old. We had lived in Paris in the early 1960s for two years, so we wanted a taste of that earlier life. We loved every minute of our stay.

Great, beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Wonderful staff! One minor thing (that should be solved): Signing in to the internet system is complicated, and the process has to be repeated every time there is a need to reconnect.

Beautiful luxury small hotel with a courtyard entrance, as well as an inner manicured courtyard visible from our room. Located directly off the Place des Vosges, a fabulously old and beautiful square built by Louis XIII with a lovely garden with fountains. Very quiet and peaceful, but only a few minutes walk from the main street. Large room, large bsthroom - all beautifully appointed with luxury finishings. A fresh bowl of seaonal fruits was waiting for us in our room upon arrival. A lovely touch after a long day visit to Versailles. Free wifi.

The location was perfect with good choices for meals in very close proximity and nice shopping. The park was lovely and the neighborhood a welcome respite from the noise and hustle of Paris. The lighting in the rooms was very dim and the dark closets made it virtually impossible to find one's clothes.
