This hotell is ideally located in Paris. The D-Room (Diderot) was amazing, toop floor with a big balcony and nice view! The only place that we could find in Paris where there was good english speaking =)

The staff very accomadating, friendly and helpful. The location was within minutes of shopping on Faubourg St Honore and other streets in the area. Easy access for siteseeing etc. within walking distance or a subway ride. The linen was excellant and the bed had a very comfortable mattress. It was a very clean updated room, maximized the space well as the room was on the small size but it realy did not make a difference as we only slept in it.

There was nothing I did not like.

Our only complaint was the incredibly strong scent they use around the hotel. It was far too aggressive and unnecessary.

Staff were great and very helpful. Upon check in the receptionist upgraded us to a suite cause our room was small. The hotel is very clean and trendy.

Such a great place where to stay in Paris, superb location, helpful and profesional staff (although staff at breakfast should improve their english as we were asking for "water" and they didn't know what we want). Many little things such as upgrade our superior room to deluxe, everyday chocolate on pillow made our stay. Very cozy hotel.

Lack of the kettle in the room, glassy door to bathroom (you can see and hear everything), the level of english (but that's a problem in all Paris - they not gonna help - even hardly serve - any english person who doesn't speak french) - but the people in hotel are extremely polite, the rooms are generally very small but cozy...

They had an airfreshner which sprayed automatically when you opened the bathroom door, not good for people with allergies liike myself other than that excellent hotel.

Location is great for Right Bank. The hotel is clearly well designed and a lot of thought has gone through planning the room. That is really a highlight because even though rooms are not huge, it is possible to organise oneself well. Bathroom large and functional, modern with everything working well. Some people may not appreciate the glass door between bedroom and bathroom (with curtain to create some visual privacy). Service polite but this is not a full service hotel.

Just the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Did not try breakfast, which was not included in my room rate. It was a busy time in Paris when I visited so prices were high and not great value for money.

There was street noise outside at 6am. A large truck with a lot of banging going on.

Very good location - close by the Elysee Palace. Charming and very helpful staff. Stylish and comfortable room. Roomy bathroom with modern fittings. Very tasty breakfast with good choices. Look forward to going back!

This hotel is poetry themed and very unique. The decor is dark but very stylish. Our room was very comfortable and very neat. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English. The location is in a very nice part of Paris and an easy walk from a couple of Metro stations. The President of France lives just around the corner, so there is a lot of Police presence around day and night. Breakfast was really nice. And they gave us a number of wifi connections for free.

Nothing to dislike, this was a very stylish hotel.

The hotel is small and in a very good location--can walk to many sights. The rooms are small, but clean and attractive. The staff went out of their way to accomodate us in every way. We had the breakfast included in our rate and it was delicious.

This may be a European thing, but the bathrooms had glass doors with a translucent shower curtain you could use for some privacy. As an American used to a closed door, I found it a little annoying.

Great location in an interesting part of the city. Excellent service from staff who went the extra mile to make our stay great. Lovely room and amenities - great to have a little balcony.

The breakfast room was very cramped making it hard to get in and out of the tables without disturbing the next table. The breakfast was OK but was not replenished - we came down at 9am and it did not finish until 1030am but most was run out.

The staff was extremely helpful. They upgraded us, took a great deal of time and effort to help with train reservations, immediately offered us tickets to the Louvre, we're very friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It's a new boutique hotel that we were fortunate to book at the last moment.

The only thing I didn't like was the room key. It was an actual key and very difficult to use. I would suggest they use a card key instead. As we were leaving, we noticed a locksmith working on the lock of the room next to ours.
