Le Petit Hôtel  

Location and friendly staff.

The hotels needs full refurbishment, everything. Sound proofing of windows - very noisy at night - noise from the street. Also a/c essential in Summer months. The carpets were filthy, and rooms very shabby. No lift and no help with luggage up narrow stairs. Electric cables from lamps etc in reception. Laundry room open (and hot) to the guests view, constantly, located on the first floor.

(1) Location: nearest hotel to the beach; (2) Receptionist: British lady--English-speaking, friendly and accommodating, although not as familiar with locale as locals would have been; (3) Water dispenser in hallway; (4) One of few hotels able to accommodate 3 persons to a room at a reasonable cost.

(1) Hotel is located in a street not accessible to cars, therefore, taxi would drop guests off at taxi stand some distance away for guest to walk to hotel. Can be difficult if have heavy luggage since road is an incline, and particularly so when departing the hotel since hotel cannot assist in calling taxi; (2) Room not clean; (3) Bathroom had a smell and a permanent puddle indicating a leak; (4) Room and bathrooms old and in dire need of sprucing up; (5) Very poor housekeeping--bed linen smelled of food; (5) No elevator: had to drag luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

It was a bear pit

Heat was left on, so that the room was boiling when we got there. It was really hot outside 26o Celsius, and it was impossible to turn off the heat. The owner wasn't there to help us with this. Even with the 2 windows open it was difficult to sleep during the night, especially since it is situated near a couple of eateries, closing late and opening early. Much too much noise as a result. Could have been a good night, but was not.

Great location and reasonable price.

Some nights were very noisy due to resturant/bar and passers by.

Der Kontakt und der Service des Hotelpersonals war sehr freundlich und Super hilfsbereit. Wir waren die einzigen Frühstücksgäste und es wurde extra für uns alles hergerichtet. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer, die City nur 50 Meter entfernt. Parkhaus ist gleich nebenan. Es ist ein kleines und nettes Hotel für Durchgangsreisende.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr hellhörig, es war kalt im Zimmer (keine Heizung), schief hängendes wandregal (Dübel waren teilweise herausgerissen), in der Toilettenschüss klebten die Reste vom Vorgänger, renovierungsbedürftige Badausstattung, alte graue Handtücher

Su buena relación calidad precio en cuanto a su perfecta ubicación en la ciudad.

Une situation exceptionnelle, un prix défiant toute concurrence pour l'emplacement (de ma chambre je voyais l'océan et le casino!!!)

Juste un petit détail, la femme de chambre avait oublié de remettre du savon... Rien de bien grave quoi!
