Great location next to the beach and casino. A 1 minute walk into the town for bars and restaurants. We chose this hotel as it was the cheapest. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, this is not a luxury hotel, nor did we expect it to be. The beds were comfortable enough for our needs, but the quality of the finishings were clearly a home made job, all bookshelves in two rooms hanging off of the wall & no sign of attempted repair.

Heat was left on, so that the room was boiling when we got there. It was really hot outside 26o Celsius, and it was impossible to turn off the heat. The owner wasn't there to help us with this. Even with the 2 windows open it was difficult to sleep during the night, especially since it is situated near a couple of eateries, closing late and opening early. Much too much noise as a result. Could have been a good night, but was not.

its proximity to beach and the water coolers in the hall Difficulty opening the door using the code. The breakfast room is in the lobby of the hotel and not very nice. Because of close proximity to the beach it was noisy during the night and we were woken up several times by young holiday makers but maybe this was due to the fact it was high season in August.

Location and friendly staff. The hotels needs full refurbishment, everything. Sound proofing of windows - very noisy at night - noise from the street. Also a/c essential in Summer months. The carpets were filthy, and rooms very shabby. No lift and no help with luggage up narrow stairs. Electric cables from lamps etc in reception. Laundry room open (and hot) to the guests view, constantly, located on the first floor.

La ubicación es excelente. Utilicé una habitación triple y destaco la amplitud de la misma. El cuarto de baño, sencillo pero completo y limpio. Que no pernocte ningún responsable del hotel. Ante cualquier incidencia, ¿a quién se acude?

Al lado de la playa No hay nadie en la recepción. Llegamos y tuvimos que esperar por casi una hora hasta que apareciera alguien. La habitación tiene ventanas grandes y entra muchísima luz, no podia dormir

Nous avons aimé cet hôtel parce qu'il proposait une chambre pour trois adultes et que nous étions dans cette configuration (deux adultes avec leur mère). Sa situation par rapport à la plage et au centre de Biarritz est excellente. Sa dimension (un "petit hôtel") en fait un hôtel de charme...

Une situation exceptionnelle, un prix défiant toute concurrence pour l'emplacement (de ma chambre je voyais l'océan et le casino!!!) Juste un petit détail, la femme de chambre avait oublié de remettre du savon... Rien de bien grave quoi!

La ubicación es inmejorable, el wi-fi libre en las habitaciones, las habitaciones y el baño son amplios, la habitación es luminosa. Hay pequeños detalles sin solucionar, incómodos: falta de enchufe en el baño para el secador de pelo, , el piso del baño se moja cuando uno se ducha, el duchero se cae del sostén, hay un par de proveedores antiguos de jabón de los cuales uno en la ducha quita espacio al bañarse, el cable de la jarra de agua es corto, hay que ponerlo en el piso, uno debe desenchufar la tele para colocarlo, etc... Creo que no sería difícil solucionar estos aspectos y el hotel ganaría mucho en calidad. Sería bueno que tuviera ascensor pero el personal ayuda con el equipaje

L'emplacement: à 2 pas de la grand-plage, du casino et du centre ville Rue piétonne mais assez bruyante en raison des cafés adjacents à l'hôtel: il n'est pas possible de garder la fenêtre ouverte et pas de climatisation. Pas de chevet, ni table ni rangements à valise. Les deux rayonnages de la penderie sont encombrés par les couvertures. Le thé a le goût de café! (Récipients mélangés pour l'eau chaude 5 jours durant!) Alors qu'ils ont des théières. Installation salle d'eau vétuste et très abîmée. Télé écran plat mal orientée visible que debout. Ensemble du couloir en rénovation aux finitions maladroites et inesthétiques. Nouvelle propriétaire courageuse mais inexpérimentée.

La chambre est dans un état pitoyable, ( moquette taché à plusieurs endroits, poire de douche rafistoler avec du scotch, très peu de visibilité de sur la télé, pas de té d'oreiller sur les oreillers supplémentaires). Petit déjeuner très médiocre servis dans une armoire, aucune service même pas de table de prêtes.
