Ambience and helpfulness and competence of staff. The hotel is in a beautiful building and jn an elegant location. difficult location for access by private car. |

The beautiful building was in a conservation area in a quiet location and furnishings were very tasteful. The carpark was very small, but there is parking on the street for hotel guests. |

Peaceful location and views over Nice. Very comfortable rooms. Bit too much of a walk/climb so taxis recommended. Breakfast pricey. |

hotel is overseeing Nice. Nice view. Affordable prices. Some of the staff were very helpful and kind, some not so much. Not far from the central station/main shopping street (some 10 minutes walking). Nice garden. Rooms overall very nice, very clean. A bit far from the sea (some 15 minutes walk). Located on a mountain, so a bit tiring to access by foot. No jacuzzi or pool. A bit expensive breakfast. |

Very quite location. Beautifull view. Walking distance to the center and the beach. Easy free parking. Free internet. The pidgions on the breakfast tables on the terras are disgusting. They should get rid of them. |

Friendly and English-speaking staff, great view, Nice and quiet. Room was comfortable and had good facilities In the morning, we discovered red stains on the sheets in places where they could not perceivably have come from us. This is unacceptable and should have been seen by the housekeeping when they made the beds. |

Very beautiful hotel in peaceful setting with view of city and sea. Gracious and helpful hosts. Lovely balcony setting for room and the terrace breakfast was nice! Room a bit too perfumed...for one with flower allergies. Although the old town is an easy walk, it didn't feel too safe coming back after dark. A couple of the blocks near the hospital were risky. Next time, we'll drive down. |

Fantastic views. Comfortable beds. Clean. Quiet part of Nice. Parking included. Good shower. Refrigerator. Breakfast was sub-standard for the price (14 Euros). Double room was small; same size as our son's single room. Internet browsing continuously interrupted with requests for userid/password re-entry. |

Sehr liebe, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ein Hotel mit Klasse, in einem super eleganten Villenvorort von Nizza. Sauber und geschmackvoll. Sonderklasse. Der vermeintliche lange Weg von der Stadtmitte zurueck zum Hoel entpuppt sich als ein guter Spaziergang nach einem guten Dinner .. ! Nur 20 Minuten von der Altstadt . |

La situation de l'hôtel, le bâtiment en lui-même et son histoire, lieu plein de charme. Un petit problème d'humidité dans la chambre nous a contraint à dormir la fenêtre ouverte, ce qui en soit n'est pas très grave mais aurait pu devenir gênant si nous avions prolongé notre séjour... |
