Convenient location, by the Central Station and in walking distance from Little Italy and the center.
Lack of elevator, no soundproof rooms, from the 1st floor I could hear everyone entering or leaving the premises.
The situation is really convenient - near the train station and only 10 minutes walk from the centre
There is no elevator and you have to pull your luggage upstairs. The rooms are not clean, the shower is very inconvenient, you have to climb the stair to get into. Under the window there are always strange persons who shout and quarrel.
apparently the opening code of the front door is one of public domain
Excellent location, very close to train station.
Room and bathroom was very small and very aged.
The hotel is located quite close to the station. The room with the attached bath was clean.
Major concern: Weird gushing water through a pipeline noise in the toilet, at variable intervals- throughout the night. Minor concerns: The reception is located in another "hotel". The locality is not great and the back side roads get a bit lonely in the evenings. No elevator. The hallways are poorly lit. The room did not have bright enough lights. The window blinds would not shut properly.
It was a good place for a family on a budget. Great location, excellent staff - we could leave our belongings there before and after our booked stay, and we were given a brand new stroller to use.
The room could use a couple pictures on the walls, the hotel needs a bit more cheerful decor :)
Great location Good parking Biker friendly
Very shabby room
Although very simple both room and bathroom were perfectly clean and the Wi-Fi worked properly.
Nasty and dirty lobby - broken bar stools and other debris stored there. No lift which can be a problem for some people. Reception located at the hotel next door only works till 21.00. If you arrive late you must call in advance to get instructions how to get in but it works.
The location is really near to the train station, and not far from the market and city center. Quite convinient. The Wifi connetion was good.
It's a really really petit room, especially the bath room. I'm a small woman and I bumped into something now and then. Equipments could not be ranked good either. No elevator.
The beds were ok, clean towels.
The street was really noisy during all nights, and there's no reception after nine o'clock in the evening. This is very uncomfortable.
The staff was really kind. The storage for my luggage next day was really nice. The location is very close to the station, supermarket, bakery and tram. Even space for daily laundry... My luggage was so big, so I didn't need to spend a lot of time on carrying my luggage from the train station. :)
Cockroaches in the bathroom, although the room and the bathroom itself were clean. However, for a hotel in a city like Strasburg and 78€ per night, cockroaches are unacceptable. Noisy people in front of the hotel until 2am. No sleep until then.
Close to town centre - walking distance, clean room. This may not be to everyone's liking just cos you might find the room small but when you want to see this lovely city and need a place to stay - good value. Good speed wi-fi too!
May be some TV channels in english will do.
Cleanliness was ok.
I needed to arrive to the hotel around midnight, so I had informed them about this in advance. That immediately contacted me and send me the door code and said that I will find my key on the reception desk once I am in. When I arrived at the hotel, I entered with the code but there was an envelope with another name on the desk. I wait so a long time to find anyone but finally I decided to use that key so went into another room and slept. In the morning it is understood that the other guy who arrived earlier had taken my room, so there was no problem overall. But if it was not the case, it could be very problematic. This is not hotels fault though, but just be informed, if you are planning to arrive after 9 pm.
location clean sheets comfy bed
lack of wifi too much noise
- the owners are friendly and helpful - the location is close to all touristic sites
cleanliness, parking garage is near by Hotel, price is reasonable
small room but for 77€ is ok
Price nothing else
Room was not clean. Bathroom and shower dirty. No elevator. Breakfast very poor, only coffee and bread.
The location, was clean on arrival, had some type of air cooling device, TV, quiet
Small and "cold" in terms of character. Felt like a prison cell. On the fourth floor with no lift.
Value for money for a group of 4. If you just need somewhere to sleep or a base to explore Strasbourg, this is perfectly located. Close to bars and restaurants, and city centre.
Early morning noise from the street outside, due to no double-glazing.
No staff, check in automatic and the check out in a different building.
The Price is great, The personal was nice They upgraded the room, for free, which means I actualy don't know how my room should have looked like. It's not more than one star hotel, but you get what you pay for
There is no elevator... The room is very small I believe there isn't air conditioning, which means this room would become a nightmare in a hot summer day... Not for poeple who can't climb the stairs with suitcases... But, that's what you pay for...
Localization so close of trsin ststio
Poor breakfast Blaket with smell of smoke No reception in the same address of hotel No English speaker in the ufgency phone!!
The location is great, very close to the train station and perfect for an early morning departure. It is also close to tram stop and you can easily walk to the centre.
There is no reception, no lift, rooms are small and bathroom tiny. Fairly clean but the room smelled of cigarettes.
I liked the location! :) It was ok although I arrived at the hotel very late at the day.
The only one thing... water of the shower room was very hot... It seemed to have a problem.
