Very clean and good price!

Location is good. Only 2 minutes walk to the main station. Room is clean, although a little bit small. Their staffs are very nice. I left a knife in the front desk and they post it back to me after a few days.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like. It was exactly what we were expecting for the price.

3 floors and no lift - but it does state this in the description. No mention of the construction work going on in the hotel description. When we checked in, the old guy on the desk made us pay, and didn't give us a printed invoice. Then when we checked out, somebody else asked us to pay again. There was no record of us having already paid. Luckily we had the credit card receipt, or who knows what would have happened. Fairly dark dingy room. Tiny bathroom with plastic 'concertina' type door that didn't close properly.

The ultra-convenient location on a quiet street was ideal for me, a very short walk from the Strasbourg sncf station at which I arrived and from which I departed —and Strasbourg being a small city, this also meant being close to the historic center. Otherwise, the hotel, located in an older building, met my expectations of budget-priced two-star accommodations in France.

There was nothing I didn't like, though some travelers might want to know that there is no elevator and that all rooms are above the ground floor. For me this was not a problem, but there are those for whom it might be.

Service was fantastic - we had our rental car towed in Strasbourg. The man at the desk was sympathetic - he called the lot for me, explained how to get there and everything I needed to do, and even let me borrow his bike to get there! Also, the location can't be beat - right next to the historic center, the main train station, and the contemporary art museum.

The rooms were small and basic, but had all the essentials.

Good location. Friendly staff. Gave good advice where to go for dinner. Convenient entrance at night.

Excellent location - 3 mins' walk from main railway station and 5 from the historic city centre, the Grande Ile; cheap and cheerful budget accommodation; quiet room and comfortable bed; free wi-fi Internet access in room.

Very cramped bathroom, with insufficient space between shower partition and toilet; no lift (my room was on the fourth floor)

It's close to the traim station.

The room is small, but it's clean. Good value form money if you want just to sleep during a city trip.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with all of our queries etc quickly and effectively.

Position in the city and the way the staff solved the bad situation caused by booking.com !! Booking.com presented wrong information about check-in time (is max. 18.00 pm and not 22.00!!) and that's why I didn't find someone at the reception in that evening and I was forced to put my car on the street and not in the hotel parking place!

If you don't have big expectations about this hotel.... Would be ok !

Location was very good.

I'm really not exigent hotel user, but... 1) When I checked in (it was in time), my room was not clean, I can't use anything. 2) Though after cleaning there was no sence of cleannes. 3) View from window was repulsive. 4) Reception didn't work already in 20.30 in Saturday, and I can' ask some questions. 5) Internet was interrupting every 10 minutes.

They have friendly and listening staff

They don't provide tooth brush/tooth paste. I have always been provided with all these in other hotels that I have stayed.
