Very convenient location and excellent free wifi. Room modern and spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Room (even a double) was a bit on the small side but I've seen much worse in France... |

The managers of the hotel were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the proximity to the sea and sights was excellent. There are stairs to reach the hotel, but the staff were very quick to help carry luggage. |

Tremendous attention to detail is evident in every detail of this family-run enterprise. The staff were very gracious and responsive. Our room was minimally but beautifully decorated with great light. The building is old and, thus, has minimal sound-proofing. The hotel is on the third floor with no lift, although staff offered to help carry our bags. |

The location is brilliant - a step from one of the pedestrian areas. A few minutes to the tram stop and Galleries Layfettes and the beachand about 10 mins or less to the old town. We had a lovely room with a balcony from which we could see the sea. It wasn't something that bothered us but intending guests should know that it is more a pensione - all on one floor and up about three flights of stairs. |

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was perfect for our needs, exceptionally clean, lovely decor, good shower and very comfortable bed. The owner couldn't have been more helpful when required. We also liked the balcony which allowed a sea view!! Nothing, we would stop here again as the location was perfect. |

Central shopping location, close to Place Messena and the Old Town. Very clean with comfortable beds. Owners are very pleasent helpful people. Five flights of stairs up from the street with no lift. We could hear conversations and everything else from adjoining room. Paid extra for a "Superior" room which was really quite small. No bar or lounge in the Hotel. Overpriced for what you get. Unsuitable for anyone with walking or breathing difficulties. |

Spectacular location in the heart of Nice, two steps from the beach and close to the old town. Easy walk to the train station. The hosts are very nice, and the hotel itself is clean and bright 2nd story without an elevator -- not really a downside for us, you only drag the things twice, but others should be aware of this. |

Stayed at Le Petit Trianon in on a 4 night break. Chose the hotel for it's fabulous location and good price.. 84 euros in central Nice is bargain rate. It is just off Rue Massena a bustling pedestrian precinct short distance from Old Nice. This hotel is on Rue Paradis which is pedestrianised but has only designer shops and one quiet cafe which is just by the doorway to the hotel where you can buy breakfast. Don't choose if you have a lot of luggage. 7 rooms have tiny built-in wardrobes a table, comfy chair two bedside tables with small drawer & shelf below. We had cabin luggage only so mamged ok. Decor good & great shower room. Need shower cap for fixed head shower not supplied.. Good air con & double glazing & bed no lift & on 2nd floor |

My husband and I had a great time at this Hotel the owner Theirry was fantastic he couldnt be more helpful,It is right in the middle of the pedestrian district where all the upmarket shops are ,and very close to the beach,we will stay there again and we will also tell our friends The 3 flights of stairs might put some people of but we had help from Theirry up and down so it was no problem and the balcony made up for it as we had a good view |

Excellent localisation - right in the city centre, 5 minutes walking from the beach and 5 minutes walking from the old town of Nice. 3 minutes walking to taxi's, which is very convenient if you have to go to the airport in the middle of the night. Very nice hosts - they always had time to talk and answer our questions. Room was very clean and welcoming. In my opinion standard of this hotel is very good. |

The location was a no brainer, excellently located. The room was too small. Next time I'd go for a superior. 3rd floor was a bit of a hike. |

A small but lovely hotel in the centre of Nice. Just a little back from the Promenade des Anglais. Newly fitted out and very clean. You get breakfast in bed every morning ! There is a balcony where you can sit and look out over Nice, Good value for money considering the location. is so central. Friendly staff. |

The personnel were very nice, they changed us to a larger room at no charge when they saw we had too many bags. The standard rooms are small but the next ones are ok. The location of the hotel is perfect, literally one block from the beach and many shops and restaurants, in one of the most high-end streets in Nice. Three flights of stairs! |

Small but very charming hotel located in a typical French style multifloor house. Nicely renovated rooms with all comfort you may expect for a hotel in this class. Breakfast is served in the room and the content differs from day to day. Located in a shopping area close to the sea. The entrance stair case of the house need to be refreshed. |

Very central, both for shops and the sea front. The room was exceptionally clean and neat.We were only having a two day break and found it suited us just fine. The view from the balcony was'nt the best and the three flights of stairs could be a problem to some guests. |

The room was very clean and newly decorated, and the hotel itself is in an excellent location - the beach and old town are each about a 5 minute walk away. Very helpful staff. Just be prepared for a bit of noise at night - this is unavoidable really when you're in the heart of the town. |
