Ladies at the reception were very helpful. Location was good. Breakfast is expensive but of poor quality. Room overviews the inner atrium so very little light. The worst was the noise. The maid was yelling and clanking in the corridor the whole afternoon until she was asked to be more quiet. |

The ambiance of the hotel and the breakfast patio were very pleasant. Its location in the romantic Vieux Lyon district allows one to explore the surrounding area, with its several traboules and escaliers, pubs, restaurants and bars, pastry shops and typically lyonnais locations. The hotel has very tiny rooms and quite high rates. It can happen that what you see on the internet is not what you get, most of the rooms having windows towards the patios, being overfurbished and with out of date equipment (old refrigerators that the staff could not and was not interested in fixing). |

The room had a fantastic view of the River Rhone, was ideally located, was very comfortable, and was reasonably priced. The room had no tea/coffee-making equipment, and the bar was shut very early (although there were plenty of local alternatives). |

Good location in old town of Lyon. Good breakfast despite the lack of friendly service. The public areas are worn down and dirty. Some rooms (we rented 2 and had one excellent room and one old and noisy room) are not worth the money. Rooms looking out at the main road are well insulated for sound, but the rooms in the back/side of the hotel are not ! The garage, paid at 17 Euro/night, is tiny and difficult to reach. The hotel charges 15 Euro for 2 hours Internet - as a result no one buys this 'deal'. They should adjust their policy and might actually satisfy clients. |

A cosy room, quiet, with a view of the river, central location I did not know that there is such a problem with parking in the area. The reception clerk was very not helpful to find a solution (give me an advise where I can park my car), only saying that I had to book parking in advance. I would appreciate if he could direct me somewhere, but the attitude was - "don't bother me, it is your problem". |

Proximity to walk to town center or Vieux Lyon. The "executive room" was on an inside airshaft. It smelled bad, the furniture was ancient and not clean, and not one decoration, even a picture on the wall. Pillows tiny and inadequate. Not a pleasant stay! |

Room was quite comfortable and nicely appointed. Separate shower room and water closet was convenient. Close to all old town touristic sites. Easy walk across river to other activities. Parking was limited on the street and althought the reserved parking was only a 5 minute walk away... it was in a cave type garage and challenging for bigger cars. |
