Very nice hotel located just outside the center of the city. Easy large parking in front of the hotel in a city where parking is difficult, is very accessible. Rooms were tastefully decorated with class, bed was comfortable and we had a room that looked out to a fabulous garden. The Staff were always polite and helpfull like you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The restaurant was a surprise with excellent food and chef. Even our friends from Aix who ate with us would come back there just for the restaurant. Highly recommended from experienced travelers. |

This was an exceptional hotel, good enough even for the then President of France Jacques Chirac and Clint Eastwood, as well as a host of other French celebrities who have stayed there. |

Friendly and attentive staff who made you very welcome. The food was good without being exceptional. The gala dinner which we enjoyed lacked that something special which you would expect for the price charged. |

A beautiful hotel although not as close to town as we had hoped. The breakfast was very good and it was good to have parking available in the hotel grounds. |

It is a wonderful reflection of Provence. Although the wine served in the restaurant was wonderful it was expensive. |

The hotel was very difficult to find when arriving by car. It's a shame the hotel signs were misleading...ie directing us straight on to the main Bus Station where we then had to drive thru a No Entry area to get to the hotel!! The staff on duty didn't guide us well either - a disappointing beginning and drop in standards for a 4 star hotel! |

Good hotel to go to when there is a special offer, regular rates too high for the comfort you get. Outside has a beautiful garden. |

Good location -within walking distance from center-, relaxed ambience, friendly staff. Do not take breakfast during peak hour if you are really hungry... may need to wait for some time as there are only 2 people attending the breakfast. |

The swimming pool was a great treat I do not like rooms described as double which are in fact two twin beds put together. |

The wonderful peta-zeta! This is the first time in my life I have listened to food having something to say!!!!! I would have liked wine in my room. I had to go find someone in the dining room to ask for a glass of wine. |

We were upgraded to a garden view room which was a very nice room. We paid 135Euro for a room with a usual tariff of 380Euro so felt we got good value for money. |

Staff was very attentive and every detail at the hotel was first class - lovely!! Beautiful gardens in a tranquil location. Computers available for use if you did not have a laptop. A short distance out of town, however, it afforded a quite location and the bus stop was convenient if you did not choose to drive into the city. |

The service was attentive but not overwhelming. Lovely room with terrace overlooking garden, and, restaurant staff were excellent. Room service was limited to the meals available at the time. Had a lovely supper of sea bass on my terrace the first evening but selection was limited to evening menu. So no choice of light omelette etc |

Lovely room and very good food. The staff seemed a bit short-handed. I was frustrated that they did not know what a martini is. |

The gardens and the pool and pool area are simply superb and are wonderful for a relaxing holiday. Restaurants outside of hotel recommended by receptionist were excellent When transferring luggage from reception area to lift there are some stairs which meant you had to carry luggage part of the way and could not wheel it all the way in.However I appreciate that it is an old building. On our first morning (having checked in very late the previous night) workers started drilling in the room next door at 9.30am . I complained to reception to no avail and then the power supply to our room went off and was only switched on again after I went down to reception (my husband was having a shower ). Lighting in our room was fine but was extremely dim in our children s room |

A perfect oasis of calm and elegance while I enjoyed the excellent Picasso/Cezanne exhibitions in the city. Beautiful garden and outstanding restaurant. Wonderful to have the use of a pool after walking. Staff were attentive, discreet and very professional. Reflected the best of Provence and was easily accessible by public transport. |

My husband is disabled and the hotel were very accomadating to our special needs, they were very helpful at all times, and most of the staff spoke more than one language. It has obviously undergone a refurbishment since the last time we stayed there and is in really good shape at the moment. The gardens were looking very pretty, the entire property is well maintained. I think it is a very well run hotel. I have no complaints about this hotel. |
