Lå tæt på pisten og lige i centrum. Tæt til indkøb og skileje. Venligt personale i resturanten. Der var ikke nok shampoo på værelse så vi måtte købe selv. Der var ikke muligt for rensning af tøj med 1 dags varsel og kun begrænset mulighed for tøjvask med 1 dags varsel. Kunne ikke sende postkort fra receptionen der ikke var frankeret og desuden kunne receptionen ikke skaffe taxi til os pga. af travlhed da vi skulle afrejse og de kendte ikke de rigtige tider på shufflebussen.

Un personnelle au petit soin, je sais pas si c'est toujours les même équipes tous les ans!, ceci dit félicitations aux personnels, la direction à les bons critères de recherche qu'il ne change pas une équipe qui gagne. Une personne fut décevante au moment du départ, une personne au service du déneigement sur la terrasse de l'hôtel,il a gardé nos clés de voiture contre le prêt d'une pelle, il aurait été difficile de partir avec celle-ci, voiture prise sous la neige, et un diesel ne démarre pas au quart de tour, et si l'ont veux garder sa voiture, il faut la faire chauffer, quand il y a moins 15° au tableau de bord, sur ce point j'ai moyennement apprécier, ce cas ne doit pas pêcher sur le reste du personnel. A renouveler malgré tous. Les heures de restauration du soir, trop tendu (21h), nous avions fait 9h de route pour 200 km (7/12/2012) intempérie, neige et paralysie sur tous l'est de la France, un repas chaud (une fondu prend 5 mn) aurait été bien venu, nous avons quand même eux à notre demande un plateau repas (froid, sans boisson) compris dans notre demi pension!?, seul bémol. Il y avait a 21h encore 2 tables qui était encore servie.
