The location. The view of Mont Blanc, the purpose of my trip, I could see the mountain from my hotelroom. And, the hotel location in the mittle of Chamonix- really GREAT! And, I had a rental car, there were plenty of free parking just 200 meters before the hotel! And, when I checked out, the personel told me, that when I come back to live there in summer, I will have a discount because I had stayed there earlier. Loved that! Belive me, if You are a backpacker and going for a climb, this hotel is a great stay. Not the cheapest stay, but You get what You pay for.

Great 3 star option in fantastic location just off the main shopping strip. Friendly enough staff and well-kept rooms.

The rooms are generously sized and comfortable. There was a free ski room and boot store. There was wifi and a computer for guest use.

The staff were unnecessarily frosty when I checked out a day early because of illness and asked for a refund of the wasted night.(they said that I was bound by my contract with booking.com) The hotel charged for wifi which should have been free, and the use of the computer was expensive at €2/30 mins.

The room was a good size, quiet and comfortable. The facilities such as the luggage room, ski room, spa and parking were very convenient.

The front desk staff were not all very friendly. The bar closed surprisingly early. The free wifi was very slow.

Warm, comfortable & friendly atmosphere. Great location , ski hire painless & great breakfasts. Rooms were basic but clean & spacious.

Good location, close to the city centre and the Chamonix-Centre bus stop, from where Bus 14 takes you to Le Brévent slopes and Bus 11 goes to La Flégère. Stunning views on the Montblanc. Hot tub, dry sauna and hammam.

Furnishings are old and visually unappealing. Bed mattresses are either too soft by design, or sagging because of old age. Too expensive for what it is.

Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms.

The evening menu is restricted and geared to mass tourism. The hotel is not well served by public transport which can be a problem in bad weather.

The room was big enough for 3 personne with balcony mountain view, the breackfast and the dinner was fantastic and delicious. It was worm and Eco friendly, very clean and calm. In the center you can walk to the ski slope. You can rent the ski equipment from the hotel but there is specific hours for that. I hope to come back again

Location right in the middle of Chamonix. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars (as well as the Brevent ski domain).

Costly in high season.

Good locationa and did everything well. Helpfull staff, easily accomodated use of shower when finished on pistes on day of departure.

amazing view, if you can afford to get a room with a view... it is a must. The mountains are right in front of you, its just incredible, so beautiful! Lovely staff, the christmas dinner was great, a lovely lounge area with a pool table and bar. Great location near the cable cars

It is very close to the train station. Very comfortable and with a great view.

No free internet

Excellent location. Reasonable value for money room. Staffthat made staying there enjoyable. The spa was good and welcome after the large amount of skiing exercise. The breakfast options were good.

The only small issue was aboutthe way internet required a constant login to get it to work. It would have been better if you only needed to login in once but overall this is a small issue.
