Obligation d'appeler (et donc réveiller) la personne à l'accueil pour rentrer après 23h. Absence de chauffage (les nuits sont parfois froide fin septembre) Temps d'attente assez long pour obtenir de l'eau chaude (le premier soir, nous avons abandonné en supposant qu'il y avait une panne...) Salle de bain qui, bien que grande, est peu fonctionnelle (pas d'étagère pour poser les trousses de toilette, pommeau de douche qui arrose un peu partout, etc)

Ma chambre était parfaite pour une personne seule. Mais à mon avis très exigüe pour deux bien qu'il s'agisse d'une chambre double avec lit de 140 cm.

Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bien. Personnel aimable et à l'écoute. Chambre de 3 (avec wc séparé de la sdb) assez spacieuse.

Salle de bain un peu vieillote et pas de sèche-cheveux.

Hôtel de charme à prix raisonnable. Accueil très sympathique Chambre assez grande et très propre Repas du soir à bon prix

Decor

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stay in France. The rooms were so small there was only about 12 inches round the bed. There was nowhere to put your case & no electric sockets. There was nothing for breakfast & when we asked them to replenish they refused. There was nothing we liked, our only consolation was we were only staying one night

Staff excellent and location perfect for visiting WW1 battlefields.

No tea making facilities in bedrooms.Breakfast limited choice if you don't get there until 9 o'clock. Food good on a la carte but only 4 choices on the meat menu and same on the fish.Could do with more 'plat de jour'

The whole experience. Ludovik the waiter / barperson was very helpful as was the nice lady on reception. It is an excellent location for visiting the Somme area.

Being picky maybe an elevator would have been useful but the lack of one did not in any way spoil the experience.

Dirty bathroom, had traces of the previous cup, hair on the floor, no hot water left. A zero cleanup. We did not go because I was snow everywhere and no hotels. Soon give us the room three hours. We did not get to eat at 14:30. To recommend paying nothing it's worth.

Friendly staff; rooms very nicely decorated and comfortable. The restaurant was really excellent and the price of the 3 course children's menu at Euro7 has to be the best value of our week in France.

Nothing not to like. Perhaps a lift would be useful for visitors with mobility problems. But it is only two floors.

The warm welcome at the reception desk gave a good impression and the restaurant staff in the evening most helpful and the menu choice excellent The room was comfortable and clean and once we had worked out how to get hot water from the taps which appeared to be connected to the on/off system of the radiator all was well.

The apparent lack of a lift or the indication that there was one, made it difficult to carry luggage several floors, especially as we are passed the first flush of youth. It was obvious that most of the guests at the time were single gentlemen with a minimal amount of luggage but it must be difficult for travellers on a longer stay. Breakfasts were not inspiring for the cost and the lack of staff in the morning, clearing and resetting tables and replenishing the food and coffee, proved a bit frustrating. However that was a minor irritation as overall we would have no hesitation in staying there again.

It suits our purpose. One hour from Calais, we can catch an early morning ferry. It has good easy parking and good food.

The Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were not happy with the first room we were allocated, and were allowed to choose between 2 others. Food at the restaurant was excellent, but service very slow as only one waiter who was rushed off is feet.

The room had no welcome tray, and no means for making a hot drink - something that would be unacceptable in the UK, as this would be standard. The decor and furnishings in the rooms are very outdated and need total refurbishment. The shower needed replacement as it sprayed out all over the bathroom and flooded the floor. Also it wet my hair, and there was no hair dryer in the room. No extractor fan in the toilet or bathroom. There was a lot of noise all day and all night from the building (freezer unit?) next door, and the windows could only be fully opened or closed, nothing in between. Bedside table only on one side of the bed.

The food was fabulous, a real treat. The staff were very friendly. The surrounding area was very pretty and the location was good - easy to get to from the motorway but not too close.

We booked a family room but it was actually a normal room with a sofa bed made into 2 extra beds, so a bit cramped for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The breakfast was rather disorganised - not enough hot water/hot milk, and not enough food out so when it was replenished there was a mad rush and it all disappeared again.
