Location - so close to the conference centre. Free internet.

Breakfast very poor. Reception staff English very poor and sometimes unwelcoming

The cleanliness,interior decor and the styling of the room in addition to the very efficient,friendly and eager to please disposition of the staff.

The rooms are very small with hardly any space to move around.

Location is excellent, especially if you are attending a Congress Porte Maillot. Connection to Subway and rer just a few meter away. Excellent soundproofing. Rooms are rather small, but newly renovated and well designed with lots of outlets, a Nespresso machine (!), nice tv and iPod dock. Also, internet works really well and is free. Thanks to booking we had a super-deal, otherwise price is out of my range.

For some strange reason, they charge us 3 euros for water, even though we had told them we didn't take anything from the bar. So, check your invoice before you leave!

Clean and stylish room, bit small though. Good bed.

Breakfast is relatively expensive and the reviews were not good so I did not try it. There some places nearby for breakfast.

The black all round was very claustrophobic - area too small for so much black.

Rooms were clean, well presented, very comfortable beds. Bathroom with heated floor and spacious modern shower were excellent.

Rooms were small, hotel lift was miniscule.

staff is extremely helpful! wifi works always. it is clean. the location is great (metro and C line..)

room 15 was quite small, i saw they have larger rooms

The rooms were clean and the lady at the reception very friendly. However, the room size could have been a bit bigger to accommodate 2 adults and a child

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived late Friday night and the front desk staff ordered a pizza for delivery. The staff was very helpful and cheerful.

The rooms were small, but I knew that before booking. The lighting was really bad in the rooms making it difficult to see anything in the closet, or on the floor.

Contemporary style

Didnt not like the small rooms. When booking i asked for a larger one but That was ignored. Very expensive for what it is.. The air conditioning doesnt Work properly its either on heating or off, so unless u want to sleep with the window Open all night,listening to traffic and noise, you get very warm/ hot. The extraction In the bathroom is almost non existant, so if you shower for more than a few minutes The bathroom becomes misty and makes everything damp.. I complained about all Of this and it fell on deaf ears of a very blase staff.. No apology or offer of Compensation etc.. Not even a complimentary breakfast... Very disappointing

Staff were exelent and friendly. This hotel is piece of art in the very nice neibourghood. Definatley will visit again.
