The fact that it has an apartment style with kitchen and nice terrace, its location in front of harbor, nice smiling staffs, a casual atomospher in rather snobish Montecarlo. Cleaness of room was insufficient as many people said in the review. the rubbish bin in my room wasn't empty so there was a bad smell from the garbage of previous customer although when I asked to empty them they do it quickly. Paying more than 100 euros and having to pick up a few hairs of previous customer in the bath room is not fair. Also the floor of the room is sticky(=not well cleaned). |

The position of hotel is really good, specially for the people traveling with children. Staff is not very friendly and it is strange thing that you have in big apartment two bathrooms and only one (separate) WC without posibillity to wash your hands |

The location on the wharf was very interesting and enjoyable. We found it a bit tricky to find the hotel as one has to drive down the pier to get to the hotel. Since there was no specific address for it the gps couldn't find it either. We asked a police officer for directions and found it that way. |

Very accesible to monaco Yes the hotel whilst comfortable needs to be updated the rooms are very tired and the maid service is very poor on two occassions, and we were there only 5 days, I had to ask for our beds to be made and the room tidied. |

The Location was far better than other hotel locations in Monaco port area. The decor and minor cleanliness problems like in the bathroom shower tray. The balcony door lock was broken, which made my wife and I un-easy where our young childrens safety was concerned.Breakfast was basic, but what was on offer, was fresh, like the Bread and Croissants |

L'accueil du personnel, très agréable, les renseignements obtenus et l'emplacement idéal pour pourvoir visiter à pied. La proximité des restaurants. La propreté laisse à désirer et le soin au matériel. Porte fenêtre cassée, lunette des toilettes cassée. |

Läget, storleken på rummen, balkong ,minikök och badrummet var braoch även utsikten. Att det inte gick att låsa balkongdörren (en trappa upp) , låset var trasigt.Det alternativa rummet som erbjöds hade ett ännu sämre lås med lösa handtag!! Lås blecken var manipulerade utifrån på balkongsidan. |

L hôtel est très bien situé 10min à pied pour arriver à Monaco très agréable car bord de mer , personnel de la réception très symphatique. Il ne mérite pas 4 étoiles manque de PROPRETE,vider la poubelle mais il l ont oubliée sur l évier,pas de papier de toilette,pas de verre à dents,pas de serviettes à démaquiller et je pense qu il aurait pu mettre 2 sachets de thé et 1 bte d eau comme plateau de bienvenue!!!! |

J'étais venu pour courir le marathon de Monaco et j'avoue que l'emplacement de cette résidence est idéale à quelques centaines de mêtres du départ et à seulement quelques dizaines de mètres de l'arrivée située au stade Louis ii. Tout était parfait, je reviendrai |
