Le Quai Des Princes    

The position is sensational right at the marina looking out from your balcony at multimillion $ super yachts. Short 10 minute stroll along shoreline to multitude of restaurants and cafes. Rooms very large plenty of space.

Decor is dated, but clean.

The price is Ok for the facilities, but don't expect 4* hotel conditions.

Directions to find the hotel were confusing, the location of the hotel is different as showing on the map.

Very well situated .... With a very accessible price.... Regarding Monaco....

Can be better at the level of services....cleanliness ....

It was conveniently placed for the main purpose of the stay.

The reception staff were well up to the mark - very helpful and cooperative.

Not really clean

If you want to be close to Monaco this apart/hotel is in a great location on the port of Cap D'ail a few paces from Monaco. The rooms are spacious with great views on to the harbour. Bathrooms lovely, clean, lovely bedding. Staff work really hard and are lovely but have to do everything - one lovely girl did breakfast, checkins, cleaning of rooms....

Slight issue with damp, ugly flats behind hotel and these all use the pool, lots of rules at pool (e.g. no drinks, no food, no diving). Have to pay for wifi, tv has no english channels except cnn, restaurants within walking distance not great unless you pay a fortune

The swimming pool, sauna and spa on the premises were great, especially for the kids. The staff were quite helpful in offering suggestions for dining and entertainment options and the in house parking was extremely convenient and reasonably priced. Elevator access to rooms was handy, especially with pram and excess luggage.

If you don't have a GPS navigator (as we didn't at the time) you may find the directions given by the hotel a little difficult to follow. We did a loop 3 times before finally finding the correct location. The room did not have a plug for the kitchen sink which made things hard for washing baby bottles, which we needed. Supply of linen was inadequate, none supplied for extra bed at all. Also be careful if you are staying in the far end apartment as we were. The hall lights operate on sensor and do not activate as you exit your room and had to navigate down a few stairs in the dark a few times. Not impressed that there was a $20 charge per day for use of the wi-fi.

Great location with harbor view. Large private terace, good kitchen ware. Quiet location close to most atractions of Monaco.

Everything comes with an extra charge e.g. internet for 15 euros per day, breakfast at 15 euros per person and very poor options. Not very clean as well...

The location was perfect. Next to a nice and peaceful marina but still just 10 minutes walking from the center of Monaco. Also, very spacious rooms, good private parking place, and nice swimming pool.

More self catering than a hotel - if you want to cook for youself in what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel then this is the place for you. It's a good place to practice your diy skills, in my case shower repair. Don't arrive too late, reception closes at 10pm

You know there is a problem when you ask where the restaurant is and they look for a map of Monaco - no restaurant for lunch or evening - no room service. They do have a breakfast room , but coffee...when we have fixed the machine, bread... It arrives tomorrow Spa - ha ha how this place got 4 stars I do notknow

What a wonderful location. Our room with a view of the port (made us feel very depressed about not having one of the wonderful boats!!!) but lovely place indeed. Short walk into Monaco, lovely outlook, lovely poole. Could not fault it.

The location being in the port the view from balcony was wonderful The swimming pool and sunbathing area was lovely Free gym and spa Location was good. Near bus stops. But 10 min walk to commercial centre and 20 min walk to Monaco or port. We had a suite which was very big with a lot of space Kitchen very handy . Cook your own breakfast it saves a lot of money Daily room service. Clean sheets and towels daily Near restaurants and bars.

Rooms were very tired with poor paint work and decoration The rooms were in need of updating Bar was never open to the hours it said it was came back about 11pm and it was closed. Breakfast expensive at 15 euro each. We cooked our own Pool not just for hotel but shard by residents who live in apartments near by.

Fabulous location on the harbour. Easy walk into Monaco for shopping or the beach at cap d'ail. Beautiful swimming pool on the roof plus gym and hot tub. Spacious bedrooms with lovely balconies overlooking the designer boats. Helpful staff.

The swimming pool and gym close until 2pm on Thursday, this is very annoying if you are there for only a couple of days, with children who basically want to spend the whole time beside the pool. The gym doesn't need to close, and people could sit beside the pool, it appears that only the hot tub and pool are being cleaned?

As a business traveller it was the worst experience I have ever haf My room was full of insects and after the first night they never exterminated The manager is always at home where I called her several times She comes in late and leaves at 4pm they moved me to the Marriot my second night The third night I changed rooms the reception is incompetent and there is no staff in hotel after 10 pm I paid for 10 days and they credited my credit card I moved to the Marriott in Capd,Ail down the street which was excellent for less money and free wireless Le Quai Des Princes was a horrible hotel experience which negatively impacted my business

Quiet location, private The fruit bouquet on arrival.

The cups and plates were left untouched in the basin for 3 days.

Location, Right on the harbour, always somthing to see from the balcony. Pool excellent as well.

Accomadation excellent and clean room, friendly plesent staff, breakfast very nice ,diss appointed there was a charge for WIFI,very exspensive,view spectacular from room 25 we stayed in, Could be a little more finer touchs to hotel as in water leak on 1st floor which wasn't attended to .could have small bar t o sell drinks etc on a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 7

When I arrived at the hotel, reception was closed, I tried to call hotel all evening, regardin late arrival, no anwer. Finally I waited 2,5 hour outside of hotel that someone open the door. If you need that taxi pick up you at hotel, best call one day earlier, cause hotel loaction in France side. Rainy days taxi take double price....... Room was dirty, remote control broken and so...... Really, no value for money.
