Nice, clean, good location - close to the city center. Decent breakfast, good wifi

Room is a bit small but comfortable. Location is good.

The hotel is simple and comfortble. It very near two metro stations. And resteraunts, bakeries, supermarkets nearby. very convenient.

The room was clean, the staff was very kind, they let us check-in with 2 hours in advance. The hotel was very close to metro stations. supermarket, pharmacy, everything.

The room was a bit too small, but the space is enough for a couple (two persons).

Hotel was clean and worth the money we gave.my husband was so sick and they were tolerant about check out time.Breakfast was nice and clean as well.I recommend this hotel who are looking for budget friendly and clean.Also for people wants to stay in local area.

Despite the metro is just near the hotel it took a while to go to the center but it wasn't a big deal at all.

The staff where great, nice and smiling. I requested to check out late and there was no issue and also I changed my room after the first night and now problem. The room was cheap but clean and cosey.

Very clean and comfortable - gave you the safe in my own home feeling. So close to the met, and very regular bus services - easy to get to anywhere you may wish to go to, including the train station we needed to catch the Eurostar back to UK

The reception and general attitude of the staff was welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and my wife and I spent two excellent nights. It is walking distance (15 mins max) from Bastille and the River.

Our room on the seventh floor was extremely small and we wouldn't have liked to have spent a week in it. The hotel offers a 24hour snack service (excellent idea) but on the one night we asked for a snack the only thing available was a small quiche. No soups, no croque monsieur.........

Good location in er12 and very close to two metro stations Line1 and Line8. Very clean and no big noise.

Very good location and there are three metro stations nearby. Very clean and confortable twin room. Staff at front desk can speak good English and help us get the supermarket around.

Booked the twin room from booking.com but got a king bed when checked in first day. Actually the maid helped to make into twin bed the next day.

Location is pretty good and the street near the hotel is a quiet one. The room was well phonic insulated from other rooms, but almost not insulated from the hallways. Breakfast was medium assorted, but after 08:30 you will find almost only sweet food. The breakfast hours: 06:30 to 10:00. Also, the metro station is three minutes walk away which is very good to get anywhere in Paris.

The room was smaller that I expected. There are no big attractions near the hotel. Nothing interesting to see just looking through the window of my room. Just a boring buildings.

Located right in Paris' nicest neighbourhood, the Bastille: lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and 0 tourists. Two metros around the corner. Good beds. Walking distance to Le Marais and Pere Lachaise. Great value for money, if you get a good deal.

It'd be really helpful to have a very clear map direction at the web page and in the lobby for Gare de Lyon.

I like the room n general cleaness. Tho the hotel is 3 star rated in my opinion the staff are 5 star very very nice people.

Good location in Paris. Good value for money. Check out by noon (usually 10:00 in France) Bon emplacement dans Paris. Bon rapport qualité prix. Check out à midi (un dimanche)

The maid woke me up in the morning to clean the room and entered the room in spite of putting a sign "do not disturb" on the dorr's handle. La femme de menage est entrée dans la chambre le matin et m'a réveillé, malgré le panneau "ne pas déranger" que j'avais mis sur la poignée de porte.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, twice in its previous incarnation as part of the Le Quartier group. Location is the key, nice neighbourhood, great Metro links, good bars/cafe's, Bastille a 15minute walk or 2 stops on Metro. Hotel and rooms are very small, but staff very courteous and helpful.

I think some minutia should be prove. Like quality of toilet paper.

Staff should revie their job description. With my experience i felt as if I stayed in a hotel with no star at all. The staff dont want to be disturbed at all. I dont want to say more but the experience I had with them is te worst.

Hotel staffs are incompetent, rude and dont have information about anything.

The location was excellent. A stone's throw away from the buzzing Bastille area. The room we stayed in was very basic, clean but a bit small. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Satellite TV, shower and bed were all good. Room had a small balcony and hotel was located next to metro station and close to bus lines. Not a large room but not too bad for Paris standards.

It is very near metro, has comfortable beds. Just some noisy of the metro. The price may be not suitable for those backpackers.
