The hotel is located in a quiet lane close to the Maison Pfister, the Place de l'Ancienne Douane and restaurants of Little Venice and offers tastefully decorated rooms well equipped and nicely furnished. Enjoy traditional and seasonal cuisine and the tasty wines of Alsace in the comfort of the hotels restaurant. Also, take advantage of the 430 sq ft indoor swimming pool with underwater massage. Location was wonderful and was just around the corner from restaurants and the historical part of the town. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I would have like tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Other than that we had no complaints

Small room and bathroom but clean and comfortable. Friendly welcoming staff, including the black labradors in the lobby! Location convenient to old town and sights. Check in first at the hotel desk to obtain a parking pass (10 euro) for the large Place Rapp parking garage.

Extremely friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant Great location on the edge of Old Town Colmar Perfect spot to enjoy the Christmas Markets Facilities are basic and a bit worn out Breakfast buffet was somewhat bland but the hospitality was warm

Good location for Christmas markets. The pool, sauna and steam were ok. Staff very friendly. Parking is complicated. Have to stop first to get your access card then park your car. If you go directly to Rapp parking you will have to pay to get out and go back in with the card. After leaving you must return the parking card to the hotel. It is a basic hotel.We decided breakfast wasn't worth the price and went out instead.

The location is great. So close little Venice, the old beautiful churches, restaurants and shops. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice and kid friendly. They even give the kids a little gift with toys in it to keep them busy. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The kids loved having an indoor pool to go to in the afternoon. As an interior designer the hotel has incredible potential and they have missed it by adding a contemporary twist here and there. The restaurant is lovely but it doesn't match the rest of the hotel. The rooms are also a bit tired and the one we stayed in could easily be transformed into a very lovely space. It was fine for a 3 star I think but a 4 star is very much in their reach if they wanted it!

The hotel is in a great location in a beautiful town. The room looked out on to the lovely side street and felt open and light filled, and was very clean. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The air-conditioning was appreciated in the hot weather at the time. The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful, and were very happy to answer questions. They gave me a friendly greeting whenever I walked through the reception area to go out or to return to the room. The hotel location is wonderful for exploring the old town.

The fact that they had a swimmming pool. Good central location. The decor was very dated and tired and old fashioned. Expensive, not value for money. Breakfast was not included in price.

The staff were very helpful and we were pleased to be able to park our motorcycle in their store across the road as the 'on site' parking is actually in a public car park up the road. Although the bed was comfortable, the room felt very tired and dingy. The bathroom was incredibly small which made it awkward to use.

The staff were absolutley brilliant. Kind curtious, attentive. Room was very clean and well cared for. The room, 111 was dark and dingy, one small window looking out onto flat roof. Dressing gowns were grey looking. Shower looked lovely but not functional. Staff were fantastic.

free wifi that worked well, location on a quiet street breakfast was not included and expensive for what was offered, We asked for just coffee on sunday morning and were charged 3.50 euros each.For this reason alone,I would not return. Not very consumer friendly. the room was very small and the bed linens need to be replaced.parking was reasonable,but you needed to drive to the rapp car park and walk back.

This hotel is very conveniently located, features spacious rooms and surprised us with a truly friendly and helpful staff (maybe with one excemption). We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay a lot. We very much appreciated the free renting out of swimsuits for the pool/spa. In our room the carpet should be replaced in the near future, it didin't look so fresh anymore. The water of the pool was rather cold (heated not high enough).

very clean, modern, and new bathrooms. well lit. friendly staff. hotel dog ambassadors were great (black labs). great access to public parking lot for 10 euro for the day. lobby could use a renovation. uninspired breakfast buffet; your money could be spent better in town for breakfast

Die Lage am Rand (nicht mitten in!!!) der Altstadt Keiner half mir (62 Jahre alt) beim Koffer Tragen. Zimmer sind schäbig, billig, veraltet eingerichtet und sehr klein.95 € dafür zu verlangen, ist eine Unverschämtheit. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es keinen Parkplatz am/im Hotel (ein Grund für meine Auswahl) sondern nur in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage in der Nähe. Nehmen Sie das Hotel aus Ihrem Angebot!!!
