Our dog was welcomed (with no extra charge!). The pool and steam room were wonderful! Our hotel room was quite large and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had good hot water. Great location right in in the main walking district.

The location is great. So close little Venice, the old beautiful churches, restaurants and shops. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice and kid friendly. They even give the kids a little gift with toys in it to keep them busy. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The kids loved having an indoor pool to go to in the afternoon. As an interior designer the hotel has incredible potential and they have missed it by adding a contemporary twist here and there. The restaurant is lovely but it doesn't match the rest of the hotel. The rooms are also a bit tired and the one we stayed in could easily be transformed into a very lovely space. It was fine for a 3 star I think but a 4 star is very much in their reach if they wanted it!

The staff were very helpful and we were pleased to be able to park our motorcycle in their store across the road as the 'on site' parking is actually in a public car park up the road. Although the bed was comfortable, the room felt very tired and dingy. The bathroom was incredibly small which made it awkward to use.

The staff were absolutley brilliant. Kind curtious, attentive. Room was very clean and well cared for. The room, 111 was dark and dingy, one small window looking out onto flat roof. Dressing gowns were grey looking. Shower looked lovely but not functional. Staff were fantastic.

free wifi that worked well, location on a quiet street breakfast was not included and expensive for what was offered, We asked for just coffee on sunday morning and were charged 3.50 euros each.For this reason alone,I would not return. Not very consumer friendly. the room was very small and the bed linens need to be replaced.parking was reasonable,but you needed to drive to the rapp car park and walk back.

This hotel is very conveniently located, features spacious rooms and surprised us with a truly friendly and helpful staff (maybe with one excemption). We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay a lot. We very much appreciated the free renting out of swimsuits for the pool/spa. In our room the carpet should be replaced in the near future, it didin't look so fresh anymore. The water of the pool was rather cold (heated not high enough).

Location was wonderful and was just around the corner from restaurants and the historical part of the town. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I would have like tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Other than that we had no complaints

El desyuno completo, la proximidad del parking, del centro de Colmar y por supuesto el personal, muy muy amable, nos arreglaron poder etar algo mas de tiempo en el parking Nuestra habitación tenía una mampara de ducha inútil, a veces me pregunto que tienen en contra de las cortinas de baño en este pais

Le calme malgré la proximité du centre l'accueil sympathique le sourire du personnel la propreté partout la qualité des produits présentés au petit déjeuner (12 euros !) Tout tout petit bémol : l'absence d'une bouilloire électrique ! Il est vrai que l'on pouvait commander une boisson chaude... Cependant il n'y a pas de petits profits !!

Nous avons été surclassé a notre grande surprise. Bonne prestation et bon dîner ensuite. L'accueil était très professionnel. Je le recommande. Le dîner était bon dans l'ensemble mais pas assez fin a mon goût. A manquer de finesse. Les vins sont malheureusement trop chers.

Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre rénovée de très bon confort, le personnel ( hôtel comme restaurant) est particulièrement disponible, chaleureux et serviable, équipement piscine et spa très agréable, très propre. A savoir, possibililité par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel de réserver une place de parking dans le parking municipal Rapp ( forfait 10 euros par jour) à 2 minutes à pied. Restaurant gastronomique, bon rapport- qualité prix.
